Light Pack Camp, Where the rising sun's light shines

[Goldenfur]

Goldenfur ran back to Light Pack as fast as her paws could carry her. After she had almost crashed into a dog-smelling wolf, she had just watched them. When Raven followed the other wolf, Goldenfur, suspicious of the Light Pack Beta's intentions, followed him.

When they had gotten to the river, Goldenfur had been uneasy about crossing, not because she wasn't the greatest swimmer, but because a.) she didn't want to trespass and b.) she didn't want to get caught when they heard her splashing into the water.

Miraculously, she had been able to quietly get in and out of the river. She didn't get very far, Goldenfur had decided to sit as far as possible and focus on using her ears instead.

Creeping closer when the voices grew distant, she had been able to learn of what was happening. Fire Pack wolves were likely waging was against Shadow Pack, or at least spying on them. Raven, she had no real idea of why he stayed there in the first place. Then she heard Raven announce that he was fighting for Fire Pack. Who was the Beta to get Light Pack into trouble by joining in a war between Fire Pack and Shadow Pack?

As far as Omega Goldenfur knew, it was Alphess Eliade and only her who had the power to drag Light Pack into any wars.

Finally, the tall wolf reached Light Pack Camp.

Panting, she overheard one of Light Pack's less cheerful wolves talking about Shadow Pack and Fire Pack.

At least they knew part of the story.

Then she noticed Eliade. "Alphess!" she panted, walking over to the white wolf, "Alphess, Shadow and Fire are about to battle! Raven is dragging Light into the mess, siding with Fire! He is making allies without your permission!"

The white she-wolf was about to sleep when a wolf came up to her. She listened to what Goldenfur had to say. Eliade groaned.
What is he thinking? she thought. She groaned a bit, exasperated by the turn of events. She struggled to her feet, thinking of how she could solve the dilemma.
The alphess walked out of her den to survey the rest of the pack. She turned back to Goldenfur, "What do you suggest I do?"

[Goldenfur]

Goldenfur blinked. "What? Uh..." She was an Omega! Normally, Alpha wolves don't ask wolves like her for advice. Besides, she herself didn't know how to deal with it.

"Birch suggested we aid Shadow Pack." she said the first idea that popped into her mind. But the Alphess was tired, the last thing she needed was to be tangled into a fight between two packs that didn't concern them. "From what I heard, the Fire Pack wolves were planning to assassinate Alpha Fuswar." She half muttered the words, not quite sure if they would be of any help. But wasn't it a crime to assassinate another pack's alpha?

[eliade]

Eliade snapped her attention back to Goldenfur. "Well in that case," she said, "if I would have my way, I'd march over to Shadow Pack territory and drag Raven back here to clarify that the Light Pack in general meant no harm, and that he had made the decision on his own."
Either that or we disown him later on... she thought, but disowning her own beta was not exactly on her to-do list. Eliade wanted to give it a try.
"Goldenfur, it's been fun," she said, "if I don't come back with Raven...you'll know what comes next."

Leaving the omega to ponder her words, Eliade made a run for the Shadow Pack's territory.

Goldenfur tilted her head to one side. "Wait... what...?" What did the Alphess mean by that? What would come next? Their Beta was away, their Alphess was going, they had no other leaders. They had no permanent Alpha yet, Eliade had several suitors, but no real Alpha yet...

"Wait! Alphess! What do you mean by that?" Goldenfur asked, chasing after Eliade.

ooc: Bleh, I'll post at Shadow Pack after you do

"Please," Birch begged as her packmates stared silently at her. "My sister is over there! If you won't help, I'll go myself!"

Knowing she would be no use in a fight, Birch forced herself to move anyway, leaping over rocks and bushes in a mad dash for ShadowPack territory.

Luna turned to her sister " So, i guess we shall stay here eh ol' chap?" she said in a british voice, Tatiana smiled "Why of course, we have missed so much already it is no point on posting now, we'd be foolish to do so, chip, chip cherio?" she said, mimicing* the same accent.
Luna nodded her head "Why of course, Ez's internet was wonky and kicked her dear ol' mum off the comp and would not let her on until she had a little chat with the computer herself"
Tatiana nodded in agreement "Of course Internet is wonky out in the country isn't it now?"
"Oh yes.." Luna replied "Being in the middle fo no where is exactly relaxing"

Rantan had hearded the pups back to the den a while ago. It was strange that the omega had still yet to show up so long after the Alphess. By now she had plauged herself with thoughts of what might have happened. She hadn't heard anything outside of the den. Most of the pups were asleep now so she took the chance to look outside. Avrage members paced around, some looking agitated. Rantan was dying to know what was going on. Her free spirited nature was getting the best of her at the moment. She wanted free of the pup den to find out what was bothering the others but she made herself stay at the entrance.

Luna turned her head towards the pup herder, althoguh in a matter of minutes, every one had run of, and with those few minutes rushed by so quickly, Luna sat they're in a dizzy daze.
Tatiana on the other hand, had recalled what had just happen, but was too lazy to even go through it in her mind, instead she followed her sister's gaze to Rantan.

Both sister's exchanged glances and then looked back Rantan, knowing that she too, would love to know what was going on.
But it had seem awhile now since everyone had returned, actually, no one had returned and it was becoming quite lonely in the camp.

Tatiana wanted to go find everyone, but Luna found it best to stay put and wait, patients was the best thing to have, and Luna was easily amused, just like she is now, with a butterfly fluttering around her bush and kept watch of it as if she were on guard.
Tatiana did not get amused by a stupid butterfly, instead she was now getting sleeping herself and laid down on the ground and closed her eyes, although she heard Luna's amused laughter, she found it annoying and only made her want sleep to come faster.
