This site is a PG-13 rated RPG. If your roleplay/thread contains mature material, please say so in your description. If it turns out like that, please PM an admin so we can change it for you. No one wants to accidently come across a thread containing things they don't wish to read. Just please, please, please don't over-do it. D: 4. Swearing is allowed. But, I don't want to see it in every single sentence. Please, use it sparingly. Though, hell and damn have an exception, but don't use them all the time. 5. Sexual nature as in kissing, snogging, carressing, etc. is allowed as long as there is no sex. If it gets close to roleplaying it, please avoid it. Your character cannot be pregnant, either, unless given permission from either the root admin or two other admins. Marrige is allowed, but you must alert an admin. Thank you. 6. Self-mutalation and suicide is most definitely prohibited. There are Death Eaters, and they can murder someone in characterly, but they MUST have permission from an administrator and the character's puppeteer. Also, you may use spells ICly for attacking and defending yourself, but only the spells given to your character. 7. This is a Post-Potter RPG. It is during a new generation with the children of Harry Potter's peers, but there is a raging battle between those who strive for what is good and those who want to bring the world down in flames--a.k.a. the Order of the Phoenix and others on their side and the Death Eaters and Dark Lord/Lady. The board is strictly for Harry Potter related things, and is most definitely NOT a crossover board. No, you cannot have Jedi powers or anything of that nonsense. 8. Please DO NOT post if you are pending and awaiting acceptence. As for applications, you have ONE WEEK to finish them. 9. Who We Are is an AU (alternate universe) Harry Potter-themed RPG. Whatever may happen in the books or whatever J. K. Rowling planned for the future may not happen here-. 10. Please, please, PLEASE try to refrain from making your character PEFECT. You may know these as Mary Sues/Gary Stus. While your character is unique, everyone has flaws. Keep in mind that not EVERYONE is part Veela, or Vampire, Werewolf or whatever! Unless you are Canon, you may NOT have a special priveliges/races/abilities like those without consulting with the admins. If you want your character to have special priveliges, they will remain 100% human unless the admins approve. Roleplaying Rules 1. Roleplay in the third person. GOOD: Tara walked into the room and sat next to Jill. BAD: I walked into the room and sat next to Jill. 2. No godmodding or powerplaying without the character's permission. If you have permission, please say so in your post. GOOD: Tara said, "Hi!" and waited for Jill to answer. BAD: Taea said, "Hi!" and Jill said, "Hello." 3. Quality over quantity. We don't want 8 paragraphs full of nonsense. Though, every post most be at least 3 paragraphs (7+ sentences each). If you are stumped, why, just try describing the surrondings and your character's appearence or something. 4. Please use as much correct grammar and spelling you can. 5. The character limit is 4 characters per person, and you MUST be active on all of them (2 males, 2 females). If you want one deleted, just let an administator know. Please try to be active if you have a canon character, since they will be in several plots.
