Your screenies seem very squeezed in height. Have you tried wide-screen mode?

There is no specific wide-screen mode. It is the highest adjustable setting in the game: 1680x1050px. This corresponds to 16/10 monitors. The screenshot is exactly 50% that is 840x525. It looks exactly like it in my game. There is a simple way to determine whether the 100% correct resolution in question. Search anywhere in the game a little round, e.g. tacho discs from the CLS(Dashie-view). If this be the perfect circle, is everything ok. If you have an egg or a bag you have to change something. That also goes for other games e.g. WR2. There you'll find the menu a circle in the background graphic. After you can look. He should be around 100% (as a coin) otherwise something is wrong. Sample PicCLICK! = thats correct. At my TDU wherever it fits perfectly, it is also most natural of the game. In WR2 I had a little more tinkering, but with a 1600x900 widescreen mode was also because the circle perfectly round! In 2005 the 16:10 monitors were not yet as widespread as today.
