Professional History: Lorie started waitressing in her father's pub the moment she could get a workers' permit. When she was 18 she graduated and entered the culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu France. There, she learned the best techniques for French cuisine and even a little bit of Italian. She served as a line cook until she was 22 years old when she graduated. She ended up getting the job of a lifetime at L'Ambroisie as a line cook. About three years later she was promoted to sous chef. Now, another three years later, she has moved to Vegas and is begging Elliot to get her a job at the Moonlight Cafe.

Body Type: Lorie has a comfortable figure. She isn't bony or extra thin, but she is thin. She has a few extra curves and a cute butt. Casual Wear: Lorie, unlike her brother, is definately a t-shirt and jeans type of girl. She likes brand new baby-ts that look vintage, but she definately has a feminine side to her. She likes wearing clean, modern pant suits and especially likes dressing up in gowns. She doesn't have any specific colors that she likes to wear, but tends to stick to cooler blues and purples.

Family:Elizabeth Archer (Mother): Elizabeth Archer is Lorie's deceased mother. She was a very caring and sweet mother, and encouraged Lorie to learn how to cook and experiment. She really wanted her daughter to go off to school and do whatever she wanted to do. Lorie was devastated when her mother died. She was much shorter, standing at 5'4," and thin like Elliot, her her son, is. She had brown hair and brown eyes.
Barnard Archer (Father): Barnard is Lorie's father. Lorie is still quite close her father. He was always a really good father to her and helped her with her cooking career by getting her into the restaurant business. He is a very thin man. Lorie's father is 67 years old and has dark brown hair and brown eyes like the rest of the family.
Elliot Archer (Older Brother): Elliot is Lorie's favorite and only brother. Though they are always bickering and teasing each other they love each other very much. Elliot is quite a bit taller than she is, but he's thin like the rest of the family.
History: Elizabeth was an accountant in London, England when Barnard a local pub owner came to her firm to do his taxes. Elizabeth was assigned his case and she instantly fell for his goofy charms and bad one-liners. They dated for a little while before marrying and having their first kid about a year later, naming him Elliot Marion Archer.
About five normal years passed before Lorie was born, Lorie Henrietta Archer. She was a bouncing baby and her older brother, Elliot, loved her like no other.
They're life what pretty normal in London. Though her brother had exceptional grades, hers always were a little bit tough to handle. She was a girl that couldn't quite keep things even. She would have some classes that she was excelling at and then others she was completely failing.
When Lorie was entering her pre-teens, she started to join her mother in the kitchen all time. She loved to cook, and learn about different ingredients and how they all came together. Lorie was exeptionally close to her mother when she came down with an advanced case of Breast Cancer. She died when Lorie was 15 years old.
During that time, her brother being about 20 years old, Elliot and their father got into a big argument about something Barnard was doing behind the entire family's back. The two men fell on the outs and Elliot hasn't spoken to his father since.
Though, Lorie knew of what was going on with her father, and she was torn up about it, she finally forgave him and moved passed the problem, though Elliot still hasn't.
Lorie moved to Paris when she was 18 years old to attend one of the best french culinary institutes in the world. She graduated, worked as a line cook, and then was promoted to Sous chef by the time she was twenty five.
Lorie was always one to date on and off with both genders. When she was 26 she met a beautiful young woman named Alice Gardner. Alice was, what she thought, was the love of her life. Though, about three months before she moved to Vegas she found Alice in bed with another person. It devastated her; which in turn, made her want a change. She moved to Vegas and now lives near her brother and even in the same Casino.
