“Hmph. How pitiful.” She sniffed softly to herself, pushing aside a body with her foot. Neither of the two that were no more than lumps to her were dead, but they were also nowhere near consciousness. She looked as though she was completely unaware of the crisp morning wind. She certainly dressed as though she was unaware of it.

She padded lightly through the alley, avoiding stepping on any of the strewn litter. It was still a dangerous neighborhood, and the two who now lay unconscious had made the mistake of attempting to steal from her. The goods in question were just simple items that she held in her arms. Just some basic electronics, some snacks, and a new pillow. But in this part of the city, such things were sought after anyways.

She turned her jade eyes to the sky, trying to guess what time it was. She shrugged to herself, figuring that sometime in the morning was close enough. Her hands gripped her stolen goods tighter. Yes, she had in fact just stolen them from a nearby stall.
As she turned around, what truly made her stand out was visible. her large tattoo of the Ouroboros, the Great Serpent biting it’s own tail in the simple of never-ending time, stood out in a deep crimson shade, standing out more than ever in the morning light that shone into the alley, and seeming to glare at the fallen shapes of those she left behind for the dust to settle upon.
