Sim City can't compare to this, haven't played XL soo much yet, but so far it's a very good game.

Nice that is how I imagine Sim City 5 will be like if they ever make it.

and ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!! the worst out of all simcity games..

Yes Sim City 4 is great if only my install disc had not been corrupted I would still be playing, maybe I should mail EA and say please give me some more disc for free, but they will probably say no and then I will commit the evil act of (copy right infringement) to get one of my favorite games back.

Oh and SLAP Sim Societies shall not be mentioned in the same vein as Sim City, it is the idiot child everyone wishes to forget, just like Civ Revolution was for us Civ fans, and any other game that dumbs down the play level to appeal to the people who don't game eh

So any ways can't wait for Sim City 5 and Civilization 5, and Game Biz 3

(EDIT: Sim Societies seems to have become slightly apart of Spore, which Spore is a fun game but it does get boring at times, now a fun game is Battle Field Heros. Play 4 Free is great.

Yeah wasn't the original spore suppose to be more realistic, like you didn't get to choose how to evolve directly but things would develop depending on how you controlled the creature, say if you decided to eat things that didn't move a lot like plankton or plant like stuff, you would start developing features important to a herbivore, because in the actual world what herbivore actually has eyes in the front and not on the side.

There are two reason I could see why EA decided to go with the version of Spore that was released.

A. It is much more fun for most people to put ridiculous stuff on animals, by all the Jar jars on the internet now heheh.

B. Not to upset the creationist, who would raise a stir if something like Spore was released, even though Spore is nothing but Sims Earth, in 3D and with a lot more control.

Just play Sims Earth, it starts off one has to make the conditions on the planet viable for life, and you get single cell organisms, well as time goes on they continue to evolve and change, until one becomes sentient heck 2 different species can become sentient though one is wiped out after they pass the stone age, and this one species continues to develop having wars and the like until they reach a stage where all the cities blast into space leaving the planet as an ecological preserve.

And don't worry about the Sim City 4 thing I'll figure something out, because some days it will install but that doesn't seem to be the norm any more.


(Edit: When I was referring to Sim Societies and Spore I was saying how the civilized and space stage cities are able to take up certain aspect cosmetically)

SimCity Societies is not SimCity 5. From the beginning EA has said that it is not a sequel to the series, but a spinoff, and that it would not be the end of the franchise, though it looks like it may be the end since they haven't announce a new SimCity yet, and it's been a few years.

Never heard of this before until now. Looks awesome.

I won't have the cash to buy it now however, maybe in a week or two.
