Large part of the GB2 source will be released after gb3 has been released.
Meanwhile checkout GB1 source which has been released. It somewhat simpler to handle if you just start making games but it holds a lot of the logic that can be found in gb2.

Which language will you be using ?

Theres no chance to reuse Delphi Code in VB 6.
VB and Delphi is two completly different language. The logic in Delphi-Pascal is very different from the logic used in VB 6.
So you need to code OSBiz from scratch...which also gives you the best result anyways smile.gif
