Ok quick Clearance for anyone who doesn't know the difference of 2010 Screamo, or Multi Screamo 70'-09' Screamo and Metal.

People believe that both types of "Screamo" is a sub category of Metal which is not true. The original Screamo consisted of "Emo" bands screaming their lyrics similar to Hardcore Metal but its in its own category by Clique.

BUT as for "New Screamo", consists of all types of styles mixed into one General Category which implies the Screams.

EX: "The Devil Wears Prada"(band) scream there lyrics and yet they are classified as a type of Metal, or Core but also people also call them a "Screamo Band" because it has to do with screaming lyrics.

On the otherhand a band like "Disturbed" is not classified as screamo because only some parts of their songs are screamed.

But another way to notice a screamo like band is the way they mix singing into their screams which give off a great fall through and an awesome breakdown.
