Rashlynn growled, looking out over her small pack. Although small, they were all more than capable of tearing the throat out of any beast. She let and evil grin spread across her scarred lips. Her fangs gleamed in the sunlight and she laughed as she looked to a particular wolf, one with a blue eyes and green coat. She thought back to how he had come to be with her. She had arrived in this valley with her pack a couple of months back and found that a small pack with a very powerful wolf lived here also. She soon found that the wolf had been blessed by a dragon and given extraordinary powers she wanted to posses for herself. So, she sent her greatest minion to live in their crevice. She controlled the bear-creature with her mind, and talking to it through this communictaion, while feeling it's head with vile thoughts that would wound the dragon-wolf inside and out, seeing as he could read minds like her.

The creature worked like this:
She controlled it by mind and there was only one weak place on it...it's chest. Whoever pushed or slashed into it's chest would die or be killed by the creature. But, the killer's sould and powers would flow into Rashlynn, giving her the powers and the killer would be dead. That is how it would have worked if she had gotten the dragon-wolf, but instead she had gotten Cobalt.

But when he killed the beast, his whole body came to her. She realized that it was because of his demon blood. She hadn't gotten his powers, but she had gotten the perfect replacement: a very powerful wolf with demon blood whose mate and pups also had it and the pups had full. She had laughed wickedly and filled his head with the idead that his own pack had turned on him and murdered him brutally, and she had saved him. Looking at Cobalt now, she grinned.

He hated the betrayal his old pack had stricken him with. He had been nothing but kind.. and what did he get in return? Death! But... Rashlynn had saved him. Blue eyes flickered to her, a small smile crossing his muzzle as he noticed her eyes on him. He was grateful to her, and would stay by her side - even if it meant going against his old pack.

Cobalt was stuck in his demon form now, all remnants of the 'old Alpha' erased from his memory partly because of this (though of course Rashlynn played her part). He was an obedient little puppy and listened well to his Savior. Sometimes he doubted her story - having no memories of the betrayal of his own - but it was all he had to go on. He'd rather have something of a foundation instead of merely wishing for those lost memories. It was all to easy for him to be brain-washed in Rashlynn sweet lilting voice. He could only believe what she said in the end.

"Rashlynn, what will we do know? I wouldn't mind vengeance." He grinned as he spoke, eyes sparking with excitement at the possible of giving those traitors a taste of their own medicine.

(( ooc- I'd just like to point out to all old members than unless you make a new account (PM me if interested on either of my accounts) there is little chance of you joining this pack. =3 Isn't it great having Cobalt back? ))

Rashlyyn was broken from her thoughts as she heard Cobalt. She looked at him and grinned vicously at his mention of vengenace. "We wait, my dear, for the fools' guards to be completely down. That idiot "Guardian" of their's is still patrolling, but we can let ourselves be seen, to raise alarm and make /them/ come to /us/ dear. How does that sound?" she purred in her velvety voice. Such a lovely voice to such a horrid and scarred female. She looked out at her pack and grinned, Yes, this is a good plan.

Neaga watched Rashlynn and Cobalt talking from the shade of a nearby tree. Finally, he thought, some action! He was tired of all the waiting. He wanted revenge. Now. He looked off into the distance, in the direction of the Valley pack and wrinkled his nose. Finally he would get to see his sister for a good old family reuinion. He growled, remembering the last time he saw the traitor. It was her fault that his favorite sister, Tehlik died. He growled, remembering the last time he saw her. The terror on her face in those last moments. And it was all because of her. The traitor. The human-lover. Siranul.

Neaga stood and approached Rashlynn, making sure his head and tale were well below her's. He knew the Alphess' temper, and took every precaution to avoid setting it off. "When will we go, Alphess? Let's do it now! I can't wait to say hello to that armor-wolf freak..." He grinned, imagining it.

Cobalt narrowed his eyes at Neaga as he spoke up. "Didn't you hear her, you fool? We wait. However much you and I both want revenge, we follow Rashlynn. Besides, it's funner this way. They don't expect you nor I to be apart of this pack. When they show up expecting to fight Rashlynn and a few strangers.. they meet TWO dear ones!" He smiled at Neaga. "Doesn't that sound grand?" He knew little of Neaga's actual relationship with Siranul other than they were family. It was still an interesting idea none-the-less. He spoke back up again, a smirk crossing his muzzle. "You can have the armored brat for all I care. You already know who I want."

Rashlynn growled fiercly at the male who had interupted. She slashed out a paw and cut him under the jaw, hoping he wimpered to make up for his interuption. "You ignorant /pup/! How dare you question me and try to tell me when to do something!" she barked. She stood up straight and looked Neaga in the eyes. "You will be better off in the future if you remember your place." She looked back to Cobalt and smiled at his comment. "And who would that be?" with a menacing smile spread across her lips she sat back down to hear what he would announce.

Neaga yelped and backed away from the Alphess. His jaw throbbed painfully. With his tail tucked he sulked away, laying down again in the shade of the tree. He glanced back at the other two wolves. All he had done was say what the pack was probably thinking. The Rival pack seemed to do nothing but wait. He knew that the green wolf agreed, but he would never say so because of his obsession with the Alphess, Rashlynn. He snorted. That wolf was like a pup, obediently listening to her every word. It was sickening. Neaga licked his wound while he listened to the pair. He too, like Rashlynn, was curious of who the green wolf wanted his revenge on.

Zanzibor sat nearby, his amber eyes watching the Alphess and the green wolf speaking. He could hear the conversation from this distance, and listened with indifference. His interest was caught though when Neaga joined the conversation. The red-wolf flicked his tail as he spoke and found himself almost recoil at their Alphess's furious discipline. However his interest now lay in the conversation between Rashlynn and Cobalt, wondering which of the pack was his particular target. Zanzibor had no ties to the pack himself, but he was curious all the same. He watched silently, knowing not to interrupt, having seen now that Rashlynn seemed to want to keep the conversation between her and Cobalt.

Cobalt's ears twitched seemingly in indifference as Neaga was hit. He wouldn't show the slight shock at the punishment, and fell back into normal conversation with the aggressor easily. "'Who would that be' you say, when you should ask 'who wouldn't it be?'" He cocked his head sideways. "I dislike them all, though those like Brokefang are especially high on my Hit List. I'm sure you would like the Alpha though..? I'll settle for anyone else really then." A small nagging voice stirred within him. 'The pups..? You would destroy your own pups?! They are too small to have done anything! He quieted the voice with a suppressed growl and spoke back up to Rashlynn. "Are we adopting the young ones? They, no doubt, will grow to have great powers." His eyes seemed to soften slightly as he spoke of his son and daughter. Could he have feelings for pups he couldn't even remember? No.. His eyes hardened again, face devoid of any emotion.

Kylee's eyes scanned the chattering between the new arrival and their leader; frowning slightly as Neaga received a harsh blow.
Frowning slightly, she let out a long yawn in response to a slight breeze that rushed by, she never did quite agree with Rashlynn's harsh conciquences for one who stepped out of line. But Kylee wasn't the Alpha so she couldn't complain, lest she wanted to feel Rashlynn's wrath....but that was why she had learned to hide her emotions so well when she wanted to.

Shivering slightly at the thought, she returned her gaze to the ground where a caterpillar had grabbed her attention as it crawled through the grass.

Rashlynn smirked at the males obediance and cowardice. She snarled again in Neaga's direction when he snorted. These fools forget I have better hearing than any of them. She had become dissapointed at the impatience of her pack lately, and it made her temper all the worse. She turned back to Cobalt, smile on her face. "Ahh a good question in deed. You may have their silly Alphess, I have a bigger prize unless you were wanting this one too: the dragon-wolf, Cheif. As for the pups, we can "adopt" them as you say, train them for our side. They do have the double, and full, demon genes in them."

Neaga's stomach clenched when Cobalt mentioned the pups. They hadn't done anything wrong, but he was unsure if the Alpha would care. Would Rashlynn kill them with the others? He let out the breath he was holding when he found out the pups would live. A little part of him began to wonder why he was following this wolf that he thought could kill pups. It's only until I get my revenge, he reminded himself. He yawned, bored, and decided to take a walk. While he was wandering away he noticed another wolf staring at a patch of grass. He cocked his ears (one of them flopping over from the sudden motion) and watched the strange wolf. Without a thought he walked right over to Kylee. "Uhm, what the heck is so interesting about that grass?" he asked.

Ears flicking up at the unexpected voice, Kylee blinked and adverted her eyes from the caterpillar and up to Neaga.
Blinking once she looked from him and back down to the caterpillar, "Oh, just this caterpillar." she replied, laying her head back down on the grass; eyes following the worm like creature as it across her paw.

Yawning lightly, she waited for the thing to get off her paw back onto the grass before she stood and stretched; shaking out her fur afterwards.

OOC: Sorry! The last post from Rashlynn was done on my other account, Moon. Sorry for the confusion!!

IC:
Rashlynn sighed and then smiled back at Cobalt. She stood up, shook the dirt from her beautifully scarred coat, and walked toward a tree to think. She was at a bit of dilema...all she really wanted was to get the dragon-wolf and the others could have their revenge. She really had no quarrel with the rest of that pack and she wasn't a friend of Death's, but always seemed to be playing as his pawn. She sighed and looked out over the Valley, wondering if there was any hope that she could find a mate, one who could help her out of the dark hole she called Life.

Looking back at her pack, she grimaced. She could hear the thoughts of them, seeking revenge more than anything in the world and it made her re-think her plan. What if they didn't have to kill at all? Stupid fool self, of course you have to kill. That's the rule out here: Kill or be killed... She knew that her soft side was now showing, making her vulnerable and all the more dangerous.

Zanzibor felt his curiosity grow more anxious as Cobalt mentioned the pups. He had forgotten about them. Pups were the innocent. They hadn't had a chance to do anything wrong yet. Surely they wouldn't be punished too? He watched for Rashlynn's answer with a somewhat unsure look. He wasn't completely certain of how far she would go, and didn't know whether she would spare them, but when she said she would, he felt relief. He wasn't sure why he was bothered. After all, this pups were nothing to him, but then again, nor were any of this pack. That thought struck him dumb for a moment. And a question flickered through his mind; Well why am I here then? But Zanzibor gave his head a shake to clear his mind and forcefully told himself No. This is my home. This is my pack. This is our plan. He was a loyal wolf, and he would do whatever he was told to. Even if he wasn't sure why.

This being said, however, he did still have a sense of right and wrong, and it was this he decided was the cause of his worry other the pups. After all, killing them for nothing would be wrong. But the others... His pack members had their reasons and he would follow them...unless there was a good enough reason not to.

He watched Rashlynn walk away curiously. She seemed to be acting rather oddly all of a sudden and the red-wolf wondered what had brought it on, but however much he wondered, he didn't ask. He didn't think she'd appreciate his curiosity anyway, and so kept quiet.
