I’ve been putting this off for so long because I always think I’m about to get really mushy and all :wub: x ten, so I’m going to post now, just because I’m feeling particularly non mushy today and I think I’ve put it off for too long. So, yeah. Here we go.

I think I’d be really stupid not to mention this person first, but Beth Golden. Honestly. When I first joined VH I was really clueless, and I think Beth was the person that helped me out the most, with me and my stupid little questions. Even now, almost a year later, she’s still eager to help not just me, but everyone . I admire her. She’s one of the most friendly and kind people I’ve met OOC and I think she deserves top spot here. Beth, you’re awesome. <3

Next, omg. *thinks* Alvan Cainan & Benjamin Nece. We started speaking together in what, August? And ever since then, omg. The impact you’ve both had on me as a writer and a person is too immense to even try and put into words. As soon as you people log in, I feel as if I can just speak to you about anything and it’s awesome. You both have so many quirks and so many habits that never fail to put a smile on my face and yeah. Awesome much? I’d consider you two really close like, together as in, I can’t pick between you so that’s why you share a paragraph, just in case you were wondering. You both inspire me so much. :wub:

Uh. NEXT UP. Eriya Hacket. So, I think out of everyone, you’re one I look up to most. I can go to you for anything , it seems, whether it be a duel, advice, a laugh, or even reassurance about something. You’re an amazing person, honestly. I've been meaning to post here for ages, thinking and thinking about what I'd write. And well, I can't really think right now but I wanted to post anyway. I'll probably edit this sometime later when I can figure out more of the words I want to say. I'll try not to stretch this out too much, I have the VH appreciation thread for that :3

A big VH hero was, and still is, Nikolai Durnovo. He was honestly one of the first RPers I ever stalked, even before registering. Heck, reading his RPs INSPIRED me to to register. I remember adding him to MSN and anxiously wondering if he'd accept the add and then meeting him on MSN for the first time in a masschat and being all "@__@". He wasn't just a great RPer, he was a great person OOCly. We never really IMed much, but whenever we did it he was just so... nice and awesome <3 I really wish I knew where he went because I miss him ;_;

Odette Shaw is just amaze. She's not just hilarious, but she really does get a good grasp of her characters imo. I remember reading an RP of hers, and then later reading an OOC post of hers on the VH16 board. Hahahaha her capsss. She's just cool.

Declan Roberts should know why and how he's my VH hero. It's just an obvious. I'm really glad ICly he's Doon's best friend, I wouldn't have it any other way. He left, he came back, and I'm still waiting for his laptop to let him sign into VH again so I can go back to reading his RPs like the stalker I am.

Xanxus Alexander Lloyd probably deserves more recognition in a VH Appreciation post than here from me, but in he comes anyhow. Xan's another one of those people I stalked when I first joined the site. I do remember seeing him around on VHOT, though, and figuring him to be someone who's too cool for me. I was wrong. I remember the first IM convo we had (heck, I'm reading my old chatlogs right now >.>) and how he basically got me started into VH16. He explained a good bit of VH stuff to me too and along the way, helped me mature a little more. I'd say I owe him, but he's already taken my soul and body so I'd say that's enough payment.

Omg Barrett Vadim is great. She writes such a great variety of characters. I love letting her ICly bully Doon because she makes it seem like such an enjoyable thing. No lie. Reading her RPs gives me some sort of joy because she's really amazing to me.

Warren Graham has always been someone I look up to since the day he got through Hotel 626 when no one else in masschat that day did. It's even more than that now. His character is just someone I'd love to meet and randomly hug even though that isn't my thing -introverted- I wish we IMed more. One day I'll really figure out your MSN times and that's when I'll jump you D:

OH BTW SHOUTOUT TO NOAH WEBER FOR HAVING RPS THAT NEVER FAIL TO MAKE ME CRACK UP. I even had to dedicate that in caps because that's how he makes me feel. CAPS-Y.

Finally, Carpe Izepic for being my hero in ways I can't even begin with right now. I will leave it at that :wub:

Everyone I've met on VH has become a hero to me to a certain extent, I swear. One day this list may lengthen. Hell, it's always lengthening in my mind. I just have to get round to posting the rest of it one day.

I HAVE ONE MORE TO ADD RIGHT NOW. Lacer Putus is truly a master of wit. I'm glad we met, in fact, I'm glad of HOW we met. It was my stalking that got me meeting someone amazing like you and I do not regret it one bit thanks :wub:

I've told myself countless times that I wouldn't do this. I'm enough of a mush as it is; I don't need a post to prove it.

And yet, here I am. Writing this in WordPad (because I'm too lazy to get word up) and thinking, "how can I stall this even more?" then going "oh, suck it up and do it." So, here goes. Long post alert.



TEAGAN FREAKING ADOLPHUS because just.. God, I can't express how much you mean to me. Just half a month ago you were only a random contact I had put in my favourites because you'd make me giggle once or twice in a chat and cheer me up. And now, I can honestly tell you that you are no longer a random contact in my favourites. You are not even just one of my VH!Heroes, but one of my out of character best friends and inspirations. I look at you and see the second older sister I wish I had; someone that I see myself reflected in. I never tried to get close enough to a person to realise just how much I could see myself in someone, but you are all I could hope for in a hero and so much more. I don't regret depriving myself of sleep for you, and I can only hope you know how much you mean to me. I can only hope you can read between the lines I write to you and hope you truly take in everything I say, because I mean every single word- including that I'd be willing to slap you for being such a 'freaking idiot' who needs to see that, if she cared about herself as much as she cared for others, she would be even more of a beautiful person, inside and out. It's okay to be conceited once in a while, love, and you deserve it. Take that and run with it; if not for yourself, then for me.
ANDREA KAILEY NECE.. and assorted alters because you were the first I can remember to greet me with open arms. I wouldn't be where I am today in VH if not for you; throughout my time as Ollie you've always been there for me and I appreciate you so much. You've helped me bring Ollie to what he is today and, without that, I'd probably still be flailing around hopelessly. Thank you for everything. Especially giving me bragging rights for being the first boy Nece in a dress. Only a true little sister would have psychotic enough tendencies to let her brother do that for her and I love you more than you love me.
RACHAEL VIVINESSA see? clever play on names there PINKSTONE because you're pushing me to post like, right now and without that, I'd never get this up. Similar to my Teaface, you're like a little sister, except less annoying.. and with an accent totally different from mine. We spaz together over anything and everything, and I know that if I tried that with anyone in RL they'd just look at me oddly, shake their heads, and walk away. Kinda like what my mum does when I'm sitting at the computer all "lololroflol" and she doesn't understand what's going on. But yeah, our chats always make me smile. I love you soo much and I hope I don't have to tell you that for you to know it. I will tell you this, though: real men wear kilts.
JESSI OMGIKNOWYOURMIDDLENAMESBUTI'MLAZY LANE SURPRISE. because you're so loveable. I died a little inside when I spoke to you for the first time and you agreed to RP with me, seriously. I've stalked nearly all of your characters throughout my time on VH and you're just so great, both IC and OOC. You're the one I want to cuddle with when I'm feeling sad and you always manage to make me smile. You're also the only one I'd ever let come near Ollie with a leash, and I'll never forget that dream you had, no matter how much you may want to. Thank me later.
ELIZABETH REGAN GOLDEN because you're just so.. Bethie. You're one of the only ones I'd be willing to spaz out for when seeing a character who looked like Beth in a video game trying to kick my butt in a duel, or nearly hug a random stranger for because they had the name GOLDEN and 08 on the back of their blue shirt. You make me do the weirdest things, I swear, but I love you for that. You're an amazing person and RPer and you inspire me all the time to develop my own characters. Thank you for being there for me to love, stalk, shower with pretties, and cling to when I'm feeling lonely.
TOMAS ILOVEASTER NEVIN Yo, Tom, I know you're looking for a sappy message here and Imma let you finish, but YOU'LL NEVER FIND IT. .. Anyway, because, for starts, you're probably the only one I'd sing for just to cheer you up. A true friend, you really bring out the best of me and we make the best plots. Absolutely. Anyone else could never bring Aster to the state of like.. a Hufflepuff or whatever word you want to use there. Adding on to that, we're the best team ever when it comes to adding people on msn ("NO, YOU ADD HER! *flails*"), especially when the person leaves the chat right after adding them. At that final note, I feel it to be necessary to end with
ALEXA LESTERO because you're amazing, too. You don't get scared of Tom and me when we IM you at the oddest times, rambling about this and that when we find a new element to shove into our plot. You're so willing to do anything and I love that in a person. You're a great RPer and person, and I'm glad Tom peer pressured me into adding and talking to you.

BENJAMIN SPENSER NECE, MORTIMER CULLEN NECE, and ADAM PATRICK NECE because you're all just, wow. You all have such great, unique styles and that adds so much to the element of family. I love you all even if we don't talk and you've each helped mold Oliver into the character he is. Thank you, Benji for giving me the chance to play such a great character. Thank you, Mortimer for tolerating an overactive younger brother. Thank you, Adam for being so edible there to talk to me about just random things, even though I don't really give much of a conversation in return. I appreciate all of the Neces, but you guys have really made an impact on me. JULIAN TRICE because he needs to sleep more D< ..No, but seriously, he does. Aside from that, he's an amazing RPer and just a great person overall. I'm glad I used Silver to meet you, even if you did scare half my brain cells right out of my head. JUNE PACHINKO JOHNSON because I don't even know her, but all her RPs cheer me up in ways that most things can't. Whenever I read a June!RP I can't help but slowly creep to the edge of my chair and potentially spit out whatever I might be drinking at the time of said reading. MILES, BOYD, NOAH.. OKAY, ALL THE WEBERS because they never cease to make me laugh. Their characters are all wonderfully developed and I love them all in a slightly creepy, stalkerish way. RHYNN KADEL for making me laugh like a girl with her great writing. H!MADDIE and S!MADDIE because they were two of the first VHers I stalked when I first joined. I wish I had joined earlier just to get to know you guys because you really just made me want to develop my character more than ever.

Last, but certainly not least, the STAFF, AMBIENCE, MODS and everyone who makes VH such a great place to RP. You're all amazing.

ALEXIS ACKLAND: In the beginning, we used to fight a lot, just because we each had a head too big for ourselves, but once we got over our differences, you became something special for me. You make me feel like you come online just for me, but most of all, you make me forget any problems I may be having. I miss you, and I just wish I could talk to you right now. ;_;

ALVAN CAINAN: We're (unfortunately) not related IRL, but that doesn't matter because you're exactly what I'd want in a twin, if I had one. You've always been there for me and it really makes me happy because I know that I can tell you anything and not have it spread across half of VH, and that makes us secret boxes, because you know the same thing about me. I absolutely admire you as a person and an RPer and would probably be still feeling like the youngest in a sea of very-older-than-me-VHers. I know for sure that someone extremely special for me, and that I would leave VH if you were too, because VH would not be my VH without you.

BENJAMIN NECE: When I joined VH, you were amazing to me, despite how stupidly noobish I was. XD I love how we both have the exact same music taste, it just makes you that much qcooler. You're an amazing person, and I think that both VH and I would be incomplete without you. I love your RPs, and you're just one of those people that anyone would love, even if they're meeting you for the first time; I sure did.

BONNIE GREYSON: Thanks for never getting mad at me, no matter what stupid thing I managed to do. :3 You're just perfect. My mummy for my entire VH!Life. You have always been there to hear my rants when I was too scared to go to someone else because I was scares of being judged. I love how much you adore me, and I'm glad for it. I wouldnt've been able to do anything without you.

CASSIDY NEVIN: What can I say about you? You're just too amazing for words. Whenever I see that you're online, I spaz, even if not much time has passed since I last talked to you. You make me feel like I'm the most special person in the entire world. I love that feeling, and it just adds to the fact that our chats are beyond awesome. Other than the fact that your graphics are beyond amazing, whatever you say or write is just as amazing. I feel so honoured to be loved by you, but I still do love you more. If you were to leave VH, I think I'd leave, too.

EVANNA NEVIN: You're one of those people that care about everyone and everything. Whenever I tell you whatever's bugging me, you make me realise that not everything is my fault. Basically, you make me realise that I matter, and if someone were to say otherwise, they would be lying. I love how you're always running around to help everyone. I love how you're sometimes clueless. I just...love you.

GAVIN DAVIES: Gavin, my human. We insult each other all the time, but those insults actually show how much we care for each other. If this was not the case, I wouldn't be your ghost, and you, my human. I just love how crazy our chats are, and how crazy we get when we're in mass chats, together. XD I don't think that VH would be as enjoyable as it is, if it weren't for you. No one would laugh if we didn't have your humour.

LACER PUTUS: Lacey, you are so amazing. You have taught me so many things, and I can't start to tell you how much I love and care for you. It's always fun with you, whether we're in a one-on-one chat, or whether we're in a mountanious mass chat. You always pay attention to me, and everyone else too, and that's something I really admire about you.

LYDON WARD: You're someone with so much love inside of you. It's true that no one can love anyone more than you, because you love each and every one of us to the limit, and you happen to have a limit that's larger than us all. I love that about you, because it means that everyone can get their fair share of love from you, and I wish I had the ability to love everyone, eternally.

OLIVER NECE: Easily, one of the best people on VH. You have always been there for me, and it's just so easy to talk to you about, well, anything. When we first met, I thought I'd found someone just like me: someone who loves people way too much for her own good, someone who's afraid of telling the truth just because she's afraid of hurting people. I love how you're like me in so many ways - and that could be a good thing or a bad thing XD - and I just wish that you could solve all of your problems with just a flick of your fingers. And I do love you more than you love me.

ORSON WINCHESTER: Orson, thanks for taking care of me. XD You were always there for me when I needed you. Your advice was easily the best advice I've ever gotten in my entire life. Some of it may have made me snort whatever I'm drinking out of my nose, but most of it actually stopped me from taking stupid decisions, or just plain suffering over things that were stupid. We've had some hilarious chats, some stupid chats and some deep chats, but I could never get enough of them, or you. We don't talk as much as we used to, and I wish I could change that.

RACHAEL PINKSTONE: First of all, I'd like to tell you how crazy you are, then I'd like to tell you that there's no one who loves you more than me. You're the sister I never had, someone I can take care of. On the contrary, you've taught me some amazing things that I can't even begin to count. You've been there to laugh away my most embarrassing moments and most embarrasing...things, basically, and making me see the funny side of whatever stupid thing I've managed to do. I love how we always talk, and that picture you showed me about having the biggest file for our chats, from your entire contact list. XD I just love you so much, you have no idea just how much.

RILEIGH HOOVER: Wifey! I love how we got married just becaus we both love The Simpsons. Whatever the reason may be, I'm glad you love me enough to be married to me. You're always there to tell me to go to sleep - even if I don't listen :3 - and I love it when you do, because just adds a person to the list of all the people who have told me to do the same. I love how I can easily distract you, tho. :3 I love you way more than you can ever love me.

SOPHIE COYLE: I would be dead without you. Like, literally. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have you to talk to whenever I feel down. I love our Spanish chats - they're so random. XD You are also one of those people who have taught me a lot. You've helped me get through some rough times, and I appreciate it and will never forget it. Just know that, in the same way, I'll always be there for you, too.

TEAGAN ADOLPHUS: You're a spectacular person. You're an extremely caring person, and you're not afraid to express yourself. You love everyone, and I just ask that you give some of that love to yourself, as well. I have had some of the best chats with you, and I'll cherish our amazing memories, forever. I'll love you forever, too.

COLE MAESSON, BETH GOLDEN, JULIAN TRICE, JULIET ROSIER, JUNE PACHINKO JOHNSON, SEBASTIAN MONTAGUE, THE CANONS: People who I´ve either only talked to about once or twice, or never even met, but I´ve always wished to know you guys better. I´ve admired you all from afar, but I´ve never had the courage to go and talk to you. XD

THE MODS, THE AMBIENCE CHARACTERS: Without the mods, there would be no VH, and without the ambience characters, our Hogwarts would just be a castle, and nothing else. I thank you all for making Hogwarts what it is.

Charlie Mednick - because she encouraged me to take up the character of Emalynn, she helped me out with my graphics, she writes reeally cool roleplays and she sits next to me at 3am in the morning so that we can discuss plots. I then get up at 8am while she sleeps in 'till like 4pm. :$

Beth Golden, June Pachinko Johnson, Rhynn Kadel, Sebastian Montague, Juliet Rosier, Rachael Pinkstone, Julian Trice, Benjamin Nece and Alexa Lestero because you ALL were the first people that I stalked. I stalked a lot, y'know.

Emmett Mercer - because he's my brother and is totally awesome. He lives in the place I've always wanted to go to but I still haven't gotten there yet (faill *jealous*) and he writes the best roleplays! :3

Hazelle Moxley - because she is probably the most epic person I've talked to before. We can talk to each other about anything, and it doesn't even have to make sense. Which it doesn't, most of the time. I can't find an example because only recently I had to have yet another archive for Haz. That's about seven now D: Right now though, we're talking about the theatre, if that helps anything at all >_> ilyyy :3

Julie Trice - Julie is an awesome cousin and I enjoy reading his roleplays. Lots of people were unhappy when he wasn't on last night for the mass chat because it had been hilarious with him. P.S. I'm never going to stop calling you Julie :3

Rachael Pinkstone - Owns my heart as well as my soul :3 *cough* Well, I think we first met in a mass chat (those things make awesomeness happen :wub:) but I can't really remember because I have a fail memory and I normally can't remember even special moments. She's awesome and has helped me with my graphics (even if she doesn't really know it) and writes some awesome stuff, makes some awesome stuff too ^_^ We can talk about sooo many different things, for example; Weetabix. *nods* AND I LOVE HER MORE THAN I LOVE CHOCOLATE AND VH PUT TOGETHER... which is a loooot.

Teagan Adolphus - because she is so cool and makes me smileeee, her RPs are really good and I love it when a character is so evill, yet her's is a ballet dancer which makes her seem eviller. Which is a word. I'm so glad our characters are best friends :3



Mods, Ambience and Staff because you made VH awesome, I would be writing one-liners for fifty different HP forums if VH didn't exist.

AND FINALLY EVERYONE ON VH because, like, VH wouldn't exist without everyone.

Thank you for stopping me for doing some things I would've regretted, and thank you most of all, for just being a support system. You're a truly, spectacular, beautiful soul and I don't know what I did to deserve someone who loves me as much as you do. I promise you that one day I'll love myself as much as I should, so long as you continue to help me.

I was reading through these and thinking I would make one for myself to put up here so people can see all the people I love here on VH (which can rack up to a pretty huge amount). But then I realized, I'll put that list in the Appreciation thread instead which I intend to write over the next couple years and post when Carpe's gotten a bit older.

Instead, I wanted to really acknowledge someone that is srsly my hero. To be honest, when i first joined with Carpe, I had tried to make him either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw (if I remember correctly) and I was, admittedly, miffed seeing my name in yellow on Sorting day.

But then I went into the common room for Hufflepuff (A.K.A. the PARTY house, kthx) and there was a thread that was up with the words:

One True Hufflepuff.

And I know you guys are all like "omg, Carpe, get over it" cause I also told everyone to put it in their sigs (HUFF PRIDE YO) but it was this motto that made me stay on VH. Srsly. I was in that delusional state of mind where Hufflepuffs were pushovers, cowardly, and did nothing too extraordinary. So when I saw that I had gotten huffles, I was all like "OEWIJFS!?!!?"

But reading that motto made me so proud of my house and and I srsly shoved it into Benji's face that he was only a Slytherin =X. So I hunted down the person that made this motto and I wanted to say that Rysa Evans is SRSLY my VH!HERO. And even though I don't talk to her, I think the day she does talk to me, I'd die of hyperventilation.

ALSO. The MODs are just..there's no words for them. They are all just so hardworking and fun to talk to. They're always fixing up the site and keeping things in order and all realistic (as realistic as Harry Potter can get). ILY ALL!!! D<

K so I know I've posted here before but I want to do a REAL post.

For realz.

Carpe Izepic.. who really iz epic. Carpe's my best friend ICly and OOCly <3 I can talk to him about anything, except autumn because he doesn't even have it :angry: I can't even imagine VH!Life if we had never found Carpe on iSketch. IT WOULD PROBABLY BE BORING AND DISTASTEFUL. Or something to that effect. He's always there to help me out with his azn intellect except when he doesn't know the answer to things and I really appreciate that <3 He makes my day soooooo much I can't even explain it D< He's also one of the few people I really look forward to chatting with everyday and when he's not online I'm like this DDDDDDDDD<

I remember when we first met, I didn't talk to him at all. D: I think we would only have spoke in mass chats or have occasional conversations on the side. I can't remember when we started talking so much. :X BUT NOW I'M ATTACHED TO YOU AND YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO GET RID OF ME, YOU HEAR.

Also he's really lucky to have me to kiss his finger when he burns it :angry:

Rachael Pinkstone is the best person in the world, and also one of my best friends OOCly because Benji and Rachael hate each other ICly D< . She always makes me feel better when I'm having a bad day. ALWAYS. She's one of the funniest people I know, and that's a good thing because I love funny people. Smiling is one of my favourite things to do <33 When I get home everyday the first thing I do after I turn on my computer is see if she's online. XD And she usually is so I'm like *squee* and when she's not actually there I kind of yell at my screen for her to get on.

Cilas Nece who I don't think is around anymore but I feel like I need to put something. Without him giving me Benji, I probably wouldn't be on VH today, and I love him for that :wub:

Gavin Davies hey SD DDDD< Gavin is the coolest person eveeeeeer. Srsly you guise. He's like the peanut butter to my jelly. <333 Except not because I don't even like peanut butter. Ewwww.

There are so many other people like Brooky and Alvan and Oliver (+ all of the other Neces) and Oliver of the Fulton variety and Reilly and Neal and Annie and Saren and Simon and Everett and Andie and Warren that I love with 10x my heart and can give a million and one reasons as to why they're my heroes but if I wrote on everyone that was my hero this would be a really long post and my fingers are tired ._. but accept my love and stuff and know that without you guys, VH would be nothing for me. <33333333333333
