To all Arcanists (you brave souls!):

The level 5 ability "teleport" is pretty useless as you all have probably figured out.

It has been removed from the game and replaced with three brand new arcanist abilities:

- Binding Cold: 2xINT damage + 5 second snare
- Combustion: 3xINT damage + 1xINT over 10 seconds
- Circle of Flames: 2xINT damage AOE


Hopefully this will make you guys a bit more useful. And of course, you guys already have your aura at level 30, and your mastery, bringing your skill total up to 6 (a little more than one 50% of your total skills). Enjoy!
