1. Make an attempt at grammar. We get people make mistakes, but don't "tiep lIKE tihs" or in leet. It's annoying. The edit button exists for a reason.

2. No godmoding, no controling other people's characters. This one is self explanatory.

3. No racial slurs or blatant flaming. You have one warning, then escelating bans, beginning at a week.

4. Keep things PG-13. If you can't resist, take it to PMs, where you could take it to XXXXXXX for all I care, as long as the other person's comfortable with it too.

5. Simply put, don't be a jerk. I shouldn't have to explain this one. We don't mind a bit of snarkyness, but don't be a jerk. Acting like a jerk will get you a warning.

6. No pictures, other than ones you yourself have drawn, or an actual photo of yourself (if you're comfortable), for the character appearance. This one's often refered to as the "Originality Clause". I'm also certain it breaks copyright laws.

7. No backseat modding. Moderators and administrators were given their positions for a reason; they don't need normal members telling them how to do their jobs.

8. Lastly, be respectful of other people's religion, political stance, etc. Debates are fine, but this ties in with the no flaming thing.
