Mewtwo vs. Shadow

There is a dream mankind has always pursued: Immortality.

Finally, using DNA from an ancient being, we managed to create an immortal creature.

However, it went out of control, and swore to destroy all humans.



Similar stories, eh? So, who would win?

I'm going to go with Shadow due to Speed and time manipulation.

Unless Mewtwo mindrapes him fast, Mewtwo is gone.

now you may be thinking MewTwo can do more than that but in the games mewtwo and anyother pokemon can only have 4 attacks at once, this being an example. plus of course, if shadow gets a hold of the masterball

ya know, everyone claims that shadow can manipulate time, but it isnt true... i at least have never seen it. mewtwo owns him, he uses swift, and it always hits. and shadow isnt to durable

Shadow can try to use guns, but Mewtwo can use his telekinesis to stop the bullets Neo style. Chaos Spear is energy and telekinesis might be useless to stop it, but I am pretty sure the psychic barrier can stop it and maybe it can stop Chaos Blast too. Shadow will have to engage in hand to hand combat, but Mewtwo can still use his long range attacks.

1-0 Mewtwo wins

However, Shadow is agile enough to dodge Mewtwo's long range attacks except Swift, and Mewtwo's Swift attack isn't very damaging. Result: No long range fighting. They'll have to beat the crap out of each other.

Shadow survived a fall through the Earth's atmosphere, along with lots of other kinds of punishment. If you look at Mewtwo's stats, he's very frail for a Pokémon of his caliber. If he can't use his shield he's an easy target.

1-2 Shadow wins

Mewtwo can levitate, choosing to fight Shadow airborne. Even though Shadow can jump very high and aerial targets are asking for a Homing Attack, even his jumps have a limit. Mewtwo's the only one who can cover air.

Mewtwo can use his telekinesis to stop Shadow cold by holding him in the air. However, he has to concentrate and it's almost impossible to mind grab a target moving as fast as Shadow. Also, both can teleport.

They're tied, but I believe Mewtwo has a slight edge and would win under normal conditions. However, if Shadow uses Chaos Control to slow down time before Mewtwo can react, it's game over for him.

That is what i meant about using chaos control. if he preforms chaos control and slows down time there is a chance he could shoot him. plus a little bit more of an advantage, this is from shadow the hedgehog

when he does enough good/bad deeds he recieves unlimitted ammo and invinceability for a brief period of time.

Also, unknown to most people, if you pay really close attention to one of the cutscenes in SA2 shadow Floats in mid air using his shoes.

as for The-Judge, if you have seen shadow then you most likely have seen him manipulate time, he has done it in practically every single game he has been in, a little move called Chaos Control, it warps the space time continuem allowing him to speed up time, or slow down time to a complete stop around him. (CHAOS CONTROL IS NOT A TELEPORT!!!!)

yet, sonic has beaten him many times before, and in my opinion, mewtwo assrapes sonic... shadow can not TOTALLY CONTROL IT, JUST STOP IT AND SLOW IT DOWN... or ya could detail it some more.i dont see shadow winning this...

nope, but shadow beats sonic

In Sonic X?
Non-cannon. although loosely based off the games it isn't completly true to it.

In the Comics?
Non-Cannon again. some may have Adaptions of some games but still it changes them and adds made up stories.

anyway, i also thaught of something.
Super Shadow if he could turn super he would own mewtwo.

It depends what weapon shadow was armed with and mewtwo has limited attacks PP as such while his barriers may have high pp psychic doesn't

It all comes down to the details of the fight, normally no advantages either way i would say it is extremely close almost too hard to tell.

As my final judgement i am going to say Shadow 6/10. Just my opinion though.
