Well Neo is all done.
Fully painted and ready to roll out to the desert.

We will be heading out to Glamis for Christmas and then

If any of you see us please stop by and say hi love to meet
up with all of you.

250 horsepower VW turbo with a pretty small and light frame.
Man does it rip up the dunes and even eats up some V-8 cars
down the drags and hill climbs with its light weight to power ratio.

See you at the dunes.

Here is a video I took of Pepper driving Neo out at Glamis on Christmas morning.
Not a bad Christmas present.
This video is pretty old and I just found it and posted it. It was during testing before paint and what not. But hey it was a fun car and a great learning step in my buggy building carrier.

Actually I had a very good phone call with a machinist last night who makes arms, parts etc. even billet upper arms for like the trophy karts etc. and his wife just so happens to like Kitt and wants to start racing like Pepper.

So after talking we may just work something out where we both can get something out of it without spending a ton of money each and do some labor for one another? We might be able to meet up next weekend and discuss it further.
But my plan would be to trade labor for labor. I do frame and weld it he does A-arm fixtures or arms or something for me and we both get something.

I am always working on this idea and I don't usually give up on stuff.
It is just a side project so it just gets put on the side is all. If it was not for the darn motor blowing I was this close to buying and building everything.

As for the J style arms on this car I do not like them and I don't like the cab and car set up as much as I like my own style frame I came up with. More of a desert looking car with long front arms sticking out is more impressive to me. I learned more and have built cars with Mosebillt since I bought this car and have sold this car and that money went into Kitt.
