Skills:She is a very skilled flier, but she prefers complicated twists and impressive speed to brute strength. She is very cunning, and knows how to use her assets (Ahem...lol) To help her persuade others to maybe help her, side with her, etc. She is a very skilled liar. She is extremely skilled at in flight manuevers, whether it be transforming, attacking and transforming back in the blink of an eye, to amazing twists and turns that you only see in the movies.

When enemies see her, they assume that she is not a challenge, and that his her greatest asset. Even on her feet, her movements are smooth and powerful.

Weaknesses:

Her sweetness disguises a nasty bit of arrogance. Also she chose a form that isn't the same as her previous, and she must learn to deal with the fact that although her form is pretty, it's not made for full on face to face combat. She often schemes, and is very jealous, and isn't above knocking someone ahead of her out of the way to look better. She often will overthink her plans.

Weapons:

2.Firepower/Melee power: It is painful to be lashed with of course, but the main use is to constrict her enemies, sending jolts into them as they try to get loose...
3.Description: It can appear like just a small segmented staff, until she swings it. It works like a flail or whip, which serrated sides. As she has become more dominant and bold, she has chosen more bold weaponry.

2.Firepower/Melee power:It is semi-powerful, but the hits would add up. One bullet won't do much though.
3.Description:Its a small gatling gun, which turns into itself and she can pull from her back. It is made for strafing, and one of the none visible weapons that she can use in her vehicle form.

Tools:

1.Name: Medical tools
2.Function: She can use these to help repair injured comerades.

Special Abilities:

1. Name:Space Travel
2. Function:Although it takes work, she can make it past the Earths atmosphere. It's unkown how far she can fly.

2. Function:She can project a hologram of a pilot in her cockpit, for when she needs to keep a low profile. The woman looks eerily like a red headed Betty Page.

Physical Description-
Appearance: She is very sleek, almost all white, with the occasional small stripe. She is the normal height for small-medium jet based transformers, but lean and very feminine in shape. She is built for grace and speed. She has wings on her back, but their retracted a bit, and look a bit smaller. She has a long heel, giving her the appearance of "heels". She would be considered rather aesthetically pleasing to others, hence adding to her skill of gaining others trust, or having them assume less of her, so that she can enjoy the thrill of betraying that trust.

After all that has happened, Cessna's appearance has been optimized. The disturbing fact is that this likely was done for beauty, not for any tactical advantage it offered. The ends of her fingers have gotten long and pointed, adding a slightly more menacing look.

Alternate Mode:Her alternate mode is a Cessna Citation X, with some modifications that aren't visible.


Personality-

Overall:

Cessna is a mech's worst nightmare. Able to sound defenseless, sweet and giving, she gives a false sense of confidence, as if she can be trusted. But behind that false exterior she is an arrogant, snobby and vindictive femme who's very voice and accent goes from sweet and inviting to cruel and biting. She likes to exude a mask of confidence and class. Her vanity is her greatest vice, her thirst for beauty and power taking priority over all else. She even chose her form because it was the most beautiful jet she could find. Autobots wouldn't dream of assuming that a sweet sounding, almost "flight attendant-like" femme could be so evil and sadistic. But that was before one of them managed to injure her face. Now that she's repaired, is is more competitive, jealous, arrogant and bold than ever before. Flighty in her interests, she is attracted to anyone who can offer her power and advantage, and she almost seems to enjoy using others.

Likes: Beautiful things, tricks with her flail, toying with others, flying, when a good plan comes together...
Dislikes: Losing, being at a disadvantage, the color orange.

Any Hobbies: Well, she enjoys to fly, and likes to look at pretty things. Her biggest hobby would be to sit on a runway as if she's always been there, have people board her, and then zoom off, doing all sorts of dangerous stuff, and landing, while everyone, injured and what not, runs away afterwords. She loves the thrill of getting someone to trust her in order to turn around and use it against them.

Any Personal Beliefs: If it's not done with beauty and grace, why should she do it at all?

Fears: She hates being on the losing spectrum and is very afraid of being destroyed. She is afraid of being considered ugly, meaning any destruction of her face causes her to go into a tirade.

Goals: To find away to restore the Decepticons here on earth (at the moment...), and to be rewarded for such...(She has more ambitious goals...but she won't tell anyone them yet...)

History: Cessna, before this, was a member of the Cybertronian equivalent of an Air Force, pretty much a Seeker. Her form on Cybertron was purely designed for speed, agility and long distance travel, hence her job in recon. When the war started, it was her own ambition which drew her to the Decepticon cause, and when the All Spark was lost, she flew in pursuit. She couldn't find it, obviously, but managed to arrive on earth. She missed alot, and managed to arrive, around the time Megatron, and the other 'destroyed' decepticons were being put where it was thought they couldn't come back from...oh she'd fix that...

After helping to facilitate Megatron's return, she had attempted to ally herself with those she saw as powerful, but it was impossible for her to make any move and she faded into the background. Confident and much bolder due to their actions, she had made sure to upgrade her weapon and gain her own place in the Decepticons, instead of always supplementing others. She stayed mostly loyal, and would take part in the assault on France and the kidnapping of the human's "creators". Later she would arrive in time to take part. She was going to swoop in to kill the human and his associates but was stopped by a well timed and assault. The fight was brutal, and although she did grave damage she was wounded severly in the face. Screeching and threatening vengeance she'd took to the sky and away from the battle. Unwilling to let herself be seen until her face was mended, she would return to realize that her fleeing that battle did NOT make her look good, especially since they had lost it. So she is cautiously attempting to reistablish herself.

A change has been made to Cessna, and none of her fellow Decepticons know just what made her change her mannerisms. She became more openly dissentful and vicious, and yet still uses her old tricks to lull others into a false state of security. Only those who are just as fragmented can understand her game.
