I prefer to book on http://www.qjump.co.uk/ it gives you the opportunity to seach for cheaper fares.

If booking on Eurostar use http://www.raileurope.co.uk/ again you can play with the options.

Remember bikes on Eurostar and French TGV have to be bagged.

Perhaps it's worth putting on that as far as I am aware this is the only website where you can book your bike on the train when you buy the ticket.

That's good to know. I often wondered how to book a ticket on line with your bike.
