Am hoping that you might be able to help me. I am currently working on reviewing the whole of our induction programme and want to get a feel for what other companies are currently doing.
Our induction currently consists of three weeks classroom based training and then two weeks in a 'leap' area where colleagues take live phone calls whilst still being supported by the training team.
Looking for some revolutionary ideas to really make our induction work for both the colleague and the business.
