We have set up a remotely hosted support forum for three reasons:

1. Added performance for the topsite hosting service. By not having a forum hosted on our own server, it leaves more resources and CPU available for your topsites.

2. Added security. By not having a third party forum script installed on our server, we can help insure that fewer exploits exist within our service. Third party forum software may leave security holes open on our server which could compromise our topsite hosting service.

3. More time to further develop and improve our service. Using a remotely hosted forum service saves us from the headache of having to upgrade and maintain it. This allows us to concentrate on our primary goal, which is to provide you with the best topsite hosting we possibly can.
