Dvd & Blu-ray Release

The DVD and Blu-Ray release of Angels & Demons has been revealed : September 14, 2009 for the UK and the United States.
A special Blu-Ray edition with two book-ends, will also be released on September 14.



I'm gonna have to wait until October 6, in France.

I'm SO mad, here in France, there's NO bonus features on the DVD !!! Not a single one. I won't buy it.

Still waiting for release of A&D which I beleive is Nov.24.

That sucks about there being no bonus features, why do they do that anyways? Why can't they just just have the same stuff on the DVD's all over the world. Didn't you get extra scenes from "The Da Vinci Code" in your version of the DVD?

There was a lot of bonus features for TDVC !! It was great.
Some people believe they did it on purpose, not to add any bonus features. Sony produced the movie, Sony makes Blu-Ray disc players... see the link ?
There are tons of bonus on the Blu-Ray, none on the DVD. Shame on them !

Well, I can understand them putting extra stuff on the blu-ray discs as an extra incentive to buy them cause not everyone has blu-ray (I hate that thought, lol.) but absolutely nothing on the regular DVD's?

Other people think it's because th movie wasn't really successful at the box-office. Not sure about that.

Yes in the US, apparently there will be a version with 2 DVDs : the movie and the bonus features.

I went to germany today and they had the DVD version... with bonus features. They also had the 2 DVDs box with a 24-pages booklet. There's no French but I just need English so I bought it.


And OMG !! I saw myself in the bonus features... Denise, you're on it as well.
