"I guess I'm okay with that." Kelli didn't mind. They could walk down together. It wouldn't be back. But they can't hold hands and Kelli knows that. "We can't hold hands." Kelli reminded him. It just wouldn't be good. They don't know who they might run into. Kelli's friends, David's friend or even Kelli's brother. It would be best if they didn't hold hands. They wouldn't want to be caught by anyone. No that would be bad. Anyway right now Kelli doesn't want anyone knowing about it. Maybe in a week or whenever.
Kelli smiled when David pulled her up with him. For the moment that they were close he kissed his cheek softly. She got her book first then she followed him out. Once they were out, she let go of his hand. She didn't know who was around or anything, so she just let go. She could hold his hand later maybe, who knows
