It was the morning after at which Kelli and David started their relationship. They hadn’t set up a time when to meet in to Room of Requirement. But Kelli thought she should head down early even if David wasn’t there. She quietly got dressed, grabbed a book from her collection and then quietly left her dormitory and headed down into the quiet, abandoned Gryffindor Common Room. Everyone was still asleep which is good, and then no one will see Kelli or even David leave the Common Room. On her bed, she left a note for anyone who noticed she was gone. It read; I decided to go outside early today, get some reading done by the lake. I’ll meet you all in the Great Hall for breakfast. Don’t worry about me, I’ll be fine. Your fellow Gryffindor, Kelli . She knew they would all worry about her and why she got up so early. She had two hours before Breakfast would be served in the Great Hall. Since she missed dinner the night before and really didn’t eat much, she was hungry. She knew she wouldn’t miss breakfast today, no way. As she walked out of the Common Room she headed up to the Room of Requirement. She didn’t think that David would be up there, but she wasn’t quite sure.

Kelli walked right to where the Room of Requirement is. ’I want a room where I can read in peace with David.’ Kelli said in a low voice and watched as a door appeared. Kelli opened the door then walked in, closing it behind her as she looked around. She didn’t see David so she assumed that he wasn’t there yet. But she didn’t expect him to be. He’s a guy and guys don’t normally wake up on time. Kelli found a chair to sit in, so of course she did then pulled out the book she was reading. It was one of her books on spells that’s she enjoys reading. Just reading in general is so interesting for her; she must get it from her mom or something. Her mom use to read a lot, well she still does. But she says she doesn’t read as much as she uses to when she was a student at Hogwarts but also after she graduated she still read a lot. They are two of a kind in many ways than one.

"Get going Zander. Be careful and I'll see you when you get back." David stroked the large orange/brown owl before him along it's neck before extending his arm out to window to let it take flight. He had gotten Zander as a gift for his Hogwarts acceptance several years back. The owl was a friend in ways no one else could be. No matter how bad or angry David might be feeling, Zander could always warm him up. David wondered what it was like to be so innocent.

David had gotten up much earlier than usual this morning. He had planned to meet Kelli early in the Room of Requirement. But that wasn't the only reason he was up early. David had woken up very early. After dressing silently, he had filled his school bag with what he would need for his morning classes and exited to Gryffindor tower before anyone else had left their beds.

He had then made his way up to the Owelry. Once there, he took a seat at a small desk and began writing. Even if he hadn't planned on meeting Kelli this morning, he still would've been up early. The contents of his letter were a secret that no one else needed to know about. David spent nearly 45 minutes writing the letter before sealing it and sending it off with Zander.

David watched Zander flying through the air until he was out of sight. He then collected his bag and made his way to the Room of Requirement to meet Kelli. As he approached the door, he could see it had already materialized. That meant Kelli was already there or someone else had entered the room. Doubting the latter, David pushed through the door and entered. He saw Kelli sitting in a small chair across the room. Closing the door behind, he smiled at her as he crossed the room. When he reached her, David leaned in and gave her a soft kiss before taking a seat beside her. "Good morning sunshine. Didn't think you'd be up here yet."

As Kelli was reading, she really got into the book, but she’s always like that. She always gets deeply into the book, no matter what. Especially a book on spells. When she reads certain spells she can see herself using them one day or even just practicing them. She gets really into it. Especially those spells that are really interested. She just loves them. School subjects interest her a lot. Unlike some students who don’t like them and get very bored easily.

Kelli is different. She never gets bored from something. Someone has to put in a lot of effort to bored her. Otherwise she’s never bored, always excited about learning something new. Especially during her classes, she loves it. She always pays attention no matter what. Kelli focus’s a lot on school and those subjects which she enjoys heavily, which is a lot of subjects. Practically all of them.

In the middle of reading she heard the door opened. She assumed it was David. She looked up to see David, she missed him so much. She closed her book then placed it on her lap as she kissed David. Kelli nodded her head. “Well I wanted to read a little before you came up and I just wanted some peace and quiet.” Kelli replied. If she read in the dormitory or down in the Gryffindor common room and someone was to wake up, she wouldn’t of been able to leave. They would of wanted an explanation and she wasn’t going to tell them.

“I missed you.” Kelli said as she kissed David again. She thought about him all night. She just kept repeating the night before in her head over and over again. Mainly Kelli sitting on his lap and their kisses. That’s what she enjoyed the most. Kelli turned to David just a little then decided to place her book down on the floor, so that’s what she did.

Kelli was sitting in a small, comfy chair next to David. As she turned a bit to face him, he said, "I missed you too." He watched her place her book on the ground. David then took her hands in his and held them gently, squeezing them as he looked into Kelli's eyes. Last night seemed like weeks ago, not hours. He thought about Kelli all night, though he was just now realizing how much he had longed to see her again.

For several seconds he remained silent, just smiling as he looked into Kelli's eyes. They were sitting side-by-side, but it was a bit awkward of a position. If only we had something to be a little more comfortable. David's love for the Room of Requirement deepened as not a moment latter he noticed a comfy lookin couch had appeared a few feet from them.

"You wanna sit over there? Might be a bit more comfortable." Keeping one hand in hers, David stood and lead Kelli over to the couch. He sat down first and leaned back so Kelli could lay back against him if she wanted. He wasn't trying to pressure her or anything. David just wanted to be close to her.

Kelli smiled as David told her that he missed her too. From last night to right now seemed so long ago. She couldn’t believe it. That’s how much she wanted to be with David. Kelli gave David’s hands a squeeze as she gazed into his eyes. All she wanted to do was just be there with David, holding hands, looking into each other’s eyes. That’s what she wanted all night. Just be with him, side by side. Now they are together but in secret.

Silent fell between the two of them. But Kelli was okay with that. She didn’t mind it at all. She’s with David, so just looking at him is fine with her. The couch they were sitting in is rather small. Mainly for one person but two can fit. But they can’t sit comfortably. Kelli then noticed a couch just a few feet away from the two of them. She assumed that was David’s doing.

Kelli nodded her head and followed David over to the other couch. Kelli smiled then sat down on the couch, leaning against David and resting her head against his chest. She glanced up at him and kissed his cheek softly. It was perfect. It would be better if they could be like this in the common room, but not just yet. Stephen should know first before they let it out to the public. All she hopes for is that he approves.

Kelli leaned back with her head against his chest. David put his left lightly upon her waist and stroked her hair with his right. Even in the early morning, it was as if they had been awake for hours. He felt alive with Kelli in his arms. She looked up, kissing him softly on the cheek. David smiled and put his hand on her cheek as he looked into her eyes.

"You didn't wait up on me last night, did you?" He hoped not. After Kelli departed at the school doors, David had spent another hour out on the grounds. Thinking about her. Thinking about what it would be like when they didn't have to hide it. Thinking about why he hadn't taken the time to know her sooner.

He hoped she would tell Stephen sometime that day. With seperate classes he understood she might not be able to talk to him immediately. But David hoped all the same that by evening time they would be able to comfort each other with out hiding it from the rest of the school.

Kelli smiled as she felt David’s hand on her waist while his other one was running his fingers through her hair. It calmed her. She wasn’t tired anymore she was awake. David had waked her up without knowing it. Just being there and laying in his arms, she was awake. Even though she could probably fall asleep in his arms, she wasn’t going to. At least not now.

Kelli shook her head. “I was going to, but I wanted to get my homework done.” Kelli replied. She thought about it. Just waiting for him to walk in, just so she could see him one last time before she went up to her dormitory, but she decided against it. She really wanted to get her homework done so she went straight up to her dormitory. She talked to a couple of people, but that’s it. The conversation wasn’t long or anything, just something simple.

Hopefully Kelli will be able to find Stephen, to tell him. Hopefully after classes. She wants to be alone when she tells him. Not in the Great Hall during breakfast or lunch or even dinner, unless she can pull him away from everyone which will be hard. So maybe after classes she will be able to find him. She doesn’t want to hide their relationship from anyone much longer. She wants to be open about it all.

"Good. I didn't come up to the common room for nearly an hour so I wanted to make sure you hadn't been waiting on me." David was just now realizing how little sleep he had gotten. Even when he finally got back to his dorm last night, it was another hour before he fell asleep. Add that with gettin up early enough to visit the Owelry before meeting Kelli and he really had only gotten about 5 hours of sleep. He was perfectly fine now, but David knew he would grow tired as the afternoon approached.

"What were you reading?" He thought it was pretty cool how much Kelli attended to learning. David enjoyed learning everything he could about magic, but compared to Kelli it was nothing. Even though he barely knew her before, he knew she was one of the top in her class and was always reading if she could.

The room around them was very comfortable. It was as if it knew David and Kelli were together. David took Kelli's hand in his and rest it across her stomach. The skin on her hand was warm and soft. He was wearing a pain of jeans and t-shirt. After breakfast he would go change into his robes before classes started.

Kelli looked up at David and gave a slight nod. Well that was good, then she would have been waiting have a while. She could have always done her homework as she waited for David, but it’s always loud down there and there is never a quiet place where you can just sit and do your homework. So that’s why Kelli prefers doing up in her dormitory. Late at night the girls are either doing their homework or sleeping. So it’s rather quiet up there at night, which Kelli likes a lot. Otherwise she would need to find somewhere else to go and read or do her homework. The Room of Requirement is a good spot.

“Just a book.” Kelli replied. That was a stupid answer; of course David knows it’s a book. “A book on spells.” Kelli specified. That was better, at least now he knows the subject of the book rather than just knowing it’s a book. Kelli enjoys reading no matter what. As long as it deals with magic, she is happy. She’s never read any muggle books before even though her mother is a muggle. But her mother did tell her that she did read some muggle books to them as a child along with magical ones too.

Kelli smiled as her and David’s hand rested across her stomach. She was already in her robes and ready to go. Well she still needed to go back to the common room and up to her dormitory for her books. But she was going to do that after breakfast like she always does. It’s like a habit. Just something she has gotten use to. She looked back up at David, a smile still across her face.

David was much more comfortable than the night before. He had been sitting on a rock then. Not that he didn't enjoy his time with Kelli than, but laying with her on a couch this morning was much more comfortable for both of them. At least it was for David.

"Can I ask you something? Did you... you know, like me before last night?" He quickly added, "Not that it matters. Just curious is all." He smiled to reassure Kelli. After she had left last night he had tought about what happened. He wondered if it was a spur of the moment type of thing for both of them, or if she had already liked him and it just finally happened.

David was very much at ease. He wanted to know more about Kelli. He could sit here with her all day. Alone; the Room of Requirement keeping them seperate from everyone else. But he knew better than to say it outloud. Kelli wouldn't want to miss her classes and he didn't want to make her. He would have to settle for the time the had before breakfast.

The couch is definitely much more comfortable then the rock. She enjoys the night before very much, especially sitting on David’s lap. But the rock just wasn’t too comfortable. She assumed David felt the same way, being that he was the one who was actually sitting on the rock. Also he had been sitting on the rock before Kelli arrived so he was in that position for a while. It must of gotten uncomfortable for him.

Kelli gave a slight nod when David asked her if he could ask her something. She didn’t mind being asked questions. Kelli had to think a moment. She always has known who David is, and well she also has always thought he was cute. Maybe she has always had a crush on David, but never knew it because it never showed since she wasn’t really around him often. “Yea, but not like I do now. I mean before I guess I did have a small crush on you.” Kelli replied, then blushing slight. She was just never around David to let her feelings out or to realize that she has a crush on him.

Everything was perfect. Too bad they can’t spend the day together. Kelli would enjoy that a lot and she hopes that David would enjoy that too. But they both have to attend classes and Kelli doesn’t like missing any of her classes. It’s just something about her that she needs to be in class. Maybe once Kelli finds Stephen and speaks to him, they will be able to hang out in pulic.

David smiled warmly as he held Kelli close. She blushed slightly and he gave a small chuckle. He had always thought of her as attrative. But having never talked to her much, he had never really thought about dating her. There were many other girls he had more contact with whom he would have thought he might date. But Kelli was different. David was completely at ease with her, and he liked it that way.

"What classes have you got today? Enjoying those dead periods you get now?" As a sixth year, it was Kelli's first year where they were actually giving periods with no classes. As David had learned last year, those times weren't fun for long. O.W.L.'s took much studying, most of which occured during those hours. But David knew Kelli wouldn't have much trouble, as smart as she was already.

"I got my first morning period free. And after that Care for Magical Creatures. It'll be a good morning to be out on the grounds. Better than double potions this afternoon." He didn't mind potions too much. It wasn't his best subject, but David always managed to keep an above average grade. But he would much rather be out on the grounds in fresh air than down in the dull dungeons.

She still wondered why they never spoke before. Maybe Kelli never thought she would have a chance with him, being a seventh year and all. Maybe she thought he would go out with a sixth year because there are probably more attractive seventh years then her. She wasn’t sure, but she just wished that maybe she started talking to him and becoming friends with him when she was a first year, instead of waiting till now. Everything happens for a reason, so there is a reason why neither one of them became friends beforehand. Kelli just doesn’t know what that reason is.

Kelli laughed a little. Her free periods she mainly spent studying, not doing homework or anything just studying. But most people probably assume that. That’s of course if they know who Kelli Weasley is. If they know who she is, then they know she enjoys studying, just like her mother formally known as Hermione Granger. Kelli actually enjoyed them because she was able to study for the O.W.L’s or anything else she needs to study for, like upcoming exams. If she has a lot of homework from a class or classes she will do it during those free periods but she prefers to study during that time. It’s like her quiet time. Everyone needs quiet time during their day.

“I have Charms first then Defense Against the Dark Arts. Before lunch I have a free period.” Kelli told him as she smiled softly. “What are you doing after classes?” Kelli asked as she looked up at him. She wanted to know his plans after classes. She was hoping to find Stephen so they could talk about her and David. She didn’t know how the conversation would go but she just hopes it goes well. She doesn’t want Stephen flipping out over something like that.

occ: I'm at my neighbors house, so i don't have long.

"After classes?" David thought for a second to remember. After double potions this afternoon he was done with classes. He had planned yesterday to go down to the quidditch pitch to practice for tryouts in a few weeks. But he had decided that before his encounter with Kelli last night.

"Well, I was kinda planning on going down to the quidditch pitch. Tryouts are in a few weeks. I mean, I was on the team for the past few years, but it never hurts to practice. Get the feel for being back on a broom again." Though he was pretty confident he would make the team again, he still wanted to practice. If he messed around and didn't make the team his 7th year he would never forgive himself.

"What're you doing? Besides finding Stephen, haha." David could see it already. Coming back to the castle for dinner at the great hall. Walking in to see Kelli beaming, Stephen nodding to him, and knowning that everything was all right. Everything had to go well, though. He hoped it did.

Kelli had nothing planned except finding Stephen. She just hopes she doesn’t need a search party to find him. That would be hard. She just wants it to be simple. She wants to find him, then tell him. She just hopes it all goes smoothly. She wants it to go nice and smooth. This is Stephen she’s talking about. He’s protective of her, but hopefully he will allow her to date who she wants. Anyway, Stephen has no say in any one it. No matter what, the decision is up to Kelli not Stephen.

Kelli nodded a little. She liked quidditch, never really played before let alone being on a team. It’s just not something for her. She enjoys watching it and all, but playing is another story. She’s a pretty good flyer, but isn’t quite sure if she can play Qudditch like on a team or even makes the Gryffindor team. She doubts she would ever be able to make the team. It’s not like she has played on a team before. She knows the rules and everything but just never actually wanted to play. It’s just her personal preference.

“Besides finding Stephen, nothing.” Kelli replied as she smiled. Hopefully Stephen won’t get too mad. Otherwise she doesn’t know what she would do. “What if he doesn’t approve?” Kelli questioned as she buried her head into his chest. She was slightly worried about that. What would they do then? Would they continue seeing each other. Kelli hope so.
