The entrance of the hufflepuff common room opened up and a thin and tall girl walked casually into the area. While tossing the apple up in the air and catching it into her right soft hand, the beholder of the blue eyes scanned the area. With a sigh, she then went over to the couches and fell onto one of them. The room was always quiet to her. Yeah she loves peace and quiet most of the time, but right now she doesn't want that. "I guess I will have to find something to do later..." the calming voice, of the girl, said.
Melody was wearing her casual clothes today. Tight light blue jeans with a matching white tank top to go with it. Her toes made sure that her black, beachy-looking, sandals didn't fall off to hit the floor with a flop sound. Making a high pitch whistle, her ferret pushed the slightly-opened door of the girl's dormitory and came running to his "mother". Once he landed on her stomach, she smiled brightly and happy. "There you are Comet. Were you still sleeping?" The ferret just rolled up into a ball and fell back asleep. All Mel could do was giggle from the cuteness her pet showed before taking a bite of the green apple she held while staring into the blazing fire in front of them.
