Fighting games are pretty much my favorite genre of games, they're simple to play and get into, yet really deep and extremely competitive at higher skill levels. 2D fighters are my favorites, but I like a few 3D fighters as well, such as Evil Zone, the first two Soul Calibur games, and Virtua Fighter. As for 2D fighters, I'm a fan of Street Fighter (mostly third strike), King of Fighters (only a few), the entire VS series (Capcom vs SNK 2 and Marvel vs Capcom 2 being my favorites), Guilty Gear, Arcana Heart, Neo Geo Battle Colosseum, Immaterial and Missing Power, Eternal Fighter Zero, and more recently, BlazBlue. I haven't gotten a chance to play Hokuto no Ken or JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, but I'm very interested in them.

Anyway, right now, I'm playing BlazBlue a lot, and MvC2 as well, so I'll be ready when it gets released on PSN in a few days. Anyone else here huge fighting game fans? If so, I'd like to get some sort of discussion started here.

Also, if anyone is interested, I'd be willing to play a few games online, I have BlazBlue and Street Fighter 4 on PS3, my PSN name is TheRamp. As for IaMP or EFZ, just message me and I'll host a room so we can play. The rest of the games I have can't be played online as far as I know, but if someone wants to prove me wrong, I'd definitely be willing to play anything else.
