I'm excited for it ^^ ...for the most part. I never actually read the manga to completion, so a lot of it will be new to me. That'll be fun. On the other hand, it feels sort of late for them to be resurrecting this. InuYasha - as much as I enjoyed it - was like the series that wouldn't die ((Well, no, Naruto and Bleach probably have better claims to that, but InuYasha was up there)). When I heard the manga had ended there was an element of 'finally!'.
That and I really don't want to watch my favourite fictional person ever die. I really don't. I know I read it years ago, but I still get a sinking feeling whenever I think about it. Well, I just watched the second ep. Both had a lot of Kagura, which made me happy, until she died...which has me all...I don't know. I'm talking to Miko right now, and was through it, so I'm not as devastated as I'd predicted I would be. It might hit me later though.
Hakudoushi's death scene increased my liking for him greatly. I've always liked to view him and Kagura as foils in how they deal with being artificially created minions...They both desire freedom, but while Kagura acknowledges her current state and wishes to change it, Haku-chan seems in total denial. He works towards freedom to, but never admits his own status as 'slave'. His last words 'I'm different from Kagura! I'm not just a tool of Naraku like her! I'm...I'm the real thing!" really highlight that. He just completely rejects any thoughts of Naraku having power over him, even as it's being demonstrated in a lethal way. It's sad *sniff* ...Though, in a way, it could be said that he achieves his freedom. By accepting her situation, if only until she can change it, Kagura has the mindset of a minion. Awww, rethinking about it makes me very sad indeed... D=
But how's this oneshot coming along? That's my only solace in the matter. *clings to Kagura and Hakudoshi* Don't ever leave us! ;-; -------------------- I sure wish I had a good signature to go here...

Of course! He already has been, hasn't he? He was sitting in the room with Naraku when he was talking to Kagura.
