Got myself a Wii yesterday, actually me and my Brother split the price and bought it together, after one of his friends (who works at Kmart) reserved one for us, if it weren't for him I don't think we would ever get a Wii until next gen comes around. (that alone just tells you my enthusiasm for searching and fighting for it.) Anyway onto Mario Galaxy.
OMFG the game is crazy! It's got so many old school Mario references in it (all the way back to Super Mario Bros 1 on the NES) but put in a totally odd yet interesting position. Nuh-uh Dessy!!!
Mario is ADVENTURING through space.   Hahaha sorry.Anyways...ADDICTING GAME~!!! I don't have a Wii but my boyfriend and I wandered into Best Buy one night because he wanted to look at the price of something or buy something I forget. Well I was over looking at games and then I was playing the Wii. It was Mario Galaxy which has two remotes right? Well he takes one and I have the other and the two of us are playing one character. He had the moving one and I had the jumping and shooting those star things one...we stood there playihng this for at least 2 hours! -------------------- |

yeah it's very addicting, the thing that really impresses me about this game is the camera angels
 , OMG I dono what Nintendo's thinking but they seem to like the Walk on the ceiling and then to the floor thing in a lot of new gen games. (I just got Twilight Princes for the game cube yesterday and it's like amazingly detailed, not only are the graphics hyped up but the storyline is so in depth, It makes me wonder if the game only has three dungeons, with a lot of filler in between. the reason I point this game out is I'm in the fire temple and I have to walk on ceilings and walls and even under water upside down.)  Yup. BUT I HATE THAT STUPID LUMA THING!!!  We got the Luma in the terrace and hadda feed it 400 starbits things right? So I start shootin 'em at it it's moving so I figure I'm hitting it, well I missed a few times so it didn't react I figured I'd missed too many times we went back in got 195 just to make sure. Well I click to get a better angle and suddenly it zooms and there's this target thing.... it said 195 outta 400...I was sooo pissed my boyfriend and I stopped playing after that. (which is good b/c we'd been there a WHILE anyways) -------------------- |

 But we had 0 and needed 400 and HAD 400 but didn't realize you had to click on the damn thing to feed it because you could shoot it and it would move without doing so in the main station place!!!  ITS EVIL!!!On a side note...my parents are apparently trying to get a Wii.  -------------------- |
