Hello, my name's Allison.

Let's see... although I'm pretty short (and I do not have dwarfism) I get a lot of "Ohmygoshyou're 18?!" reactions (and I've still got one more school year...ugh). My birthday's on March 17th (awesome holiday, even though I'm not Irish <3) and my favorite colors are blue and green (and I sort of like pink to look at, but I wouldn't actually wear it... it's too bright).

There's a lot of people talking about accents here... but I don't really have that much of an accent (not unless you can really catch it... sometimes I can, but it's very vague and rare). But I do know how to speak Spanish... for the most part... and I vaguely know some Japanese words.

I think I've been role-playing bit by bit... you know, starting with the asterisks, then gradually moving on to one-words, but I've been more informed on how to write on my own. I started to get in a writing habit in 2nd grade, but then at some point, I stopped and picked up books (I vaguely remember reading Clifford the Big Red Dog to help me read better in Kindergarten and 1st grade). I started with the Harry Potter novels (got it for my 12 birthday) and in between I read a few of Diana Wynne Jone's books, and eventually got interested in the Twilight Saga. In a cheesy way, I grew maturely with Harry, but I became an adult with Bella (that's how I see it, anyways... the first thing I do when I read is try to find a character that's like me... so I can get even more interested into the series).

One of my friends has also lent me City of Bones.

I also read a lot of manga like Full Metal Alchemist, Kodocha, Fruits Basket, Naruto, Zodiac P.I., etc. and I usually do try to draw in that type of style (but sometimes I just randomly draw scribbly stuff that actually end up pretty interesting).

I've also been musically talented. On and off again I've been trying to learn the Piano, but it was difficult (until recentally when I took a year elective of Piano I/II). 6th grade I joined Band and played the French Horn, even though I had originally came to play the clarinet with two of my friends. And towards the end of 8th grade I started learning how to play the guitar. In my family, we have a lot of cousins who pick up an instrument or learn how to dance (usually ballet, which I tried too, but we also teach each other how to salsa). I've also taken Hip Hop two different years.

Reading = Love.
Music = Life.
Writing = Passion.
Art = Instinct.

Not only that, I'm pretty big on being active. Some sports I've done, enjoyed during P.E. or tried out for: Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming, Volley Ball, Tennis, Basket Ball and others I can't think of right now...

I currently take Martial Arts classes (which are always fun... but stressful).

Uhm... favorite foods are almost always anything sweet (chocolate, cookies, cake, brownies), family cooking, cuban bread, hamburgers, breadsticks n' cheese, poptarts (cherry), etc.

So yeah... that's just a little bit about me (and yes I DID say LITTLE).

Can't wait to talk to some awesome people <3.

(and would you believe it when I told you I wrote all of this when I'm dog-tired? *grin*)

xD Yeah, Harry Potter's pretty cool. Even if the boom is over, I still like it.

The cat became a great lord, and never again ran after mice, except for entertainment.

Of course not! But that's what "everyone else" keeps saying. Harry Potter is legendary!
