These are a basic set of guidelines we ask that you follow.

• Please register with a name-based user-name. No numbers, no codename. Just the real name of your character. Just as if you were signing a check or a legal document. So, I will accept user-names like "Julie Wind", "Fang Dawson", or "Carcass McGee". I will not accept user-names like "Blackpaw222", "Fred", or "TheClawman". Please note that spaces are permitted. Also, this is important. Only one character per user-name, please! If you've made an error registering before you read these rules, I do have the power to edit user-names. Just PM me, and carry on.
  
  
• You may register as many characters as you believe you can handle, however I recommend 4.
  
  
• Please post in third-person loose past tense for all your posts. (See the Grammatical Help topic for more information.) As well, this being an intermediate to advanced role play site, there's a post minimum in effect, and most of your posts need to be in and around 150-200 words at the least.
  
  
• Please don't control anyone else's character in your posts. Don't make them do anything that the writer hasn't written. If you want them to trip over, type it in so it must happen. Just don't get mad if they find a loophole!
  
• Please don't flame, troll, godmod, or powerplay. These things are very disrespectful and mean. If you have a problem with another user, just ignore them, or report the problem to an Administrator.
  
  
• There are biographies to fill out on your character before you post, so please make sure to get that done! A member of the staff will approve you before you are allowed to post in character. You can use the out of character boards if you'd like to talk, however! Please be patient when waiting for approval. Avatars depicting your character are mandatory. In the bios a picture of your character is also required.
  
  
• Concerning the sensitive topic of sex and violence. Obviously, there's going to be some pairings and fighting around and about. But please, most of us don't want to read about a pair of people getting it on, or having a had blown off. Just skip the naughty bits, hmm? If you MUST absolutely have to have a romance scene, place a nice, big, red, "NC-17 CONTENT" warning on the first visible post. Also, do not kill someone's character without their permission. Feel free to maim them though.
