Getting Medical Attention

[Alan Scott]

Alan had finally reached the Watchtower with Bast Cub. "We're here, Bast. Someone has to be here so they can treat that wound."
Alan flew to the closest entrance to the Medical Center, and raced there. He burst through the door and yelled, "Someone! Please, help this kid! He's be hit hard!" He looked around to see no one at first, but then, someone came out of the shadows.

[Batman]

The original Green Lantern had just burst into the Medical Center of the Watchtower and yelled something about helping a kid who had been hurt. Batman was the only one in the area, looking for some new medical tools he could use in the Bat Cave.
"Alan." he started. "Bring him over here, I'll take a look at him."
Bruce took another look at Bast and noticed that he had a run-in with him before. "Never thought I would see you again."

[Bast Cub]

Bast Cub looked up at the man known as the dark knight. "Same here..." He said as he winced from the injury.

[Batman]

"Alright, come over here, lay down." Batman drug Bast over to a table. "What happened? I need to know what happened so I can treat this."

[Bast Cub]

"That...that damn Black Adam..." Bast said gritting his teeth, "Acting so high and mighty...I question his being. He seems to scoff at others so I return the favor by scoffing at his own self." He sits up clenching his fists, "He decides to fire a thunderbolt right through me..." Bast gave a growl at the thought, "When I get my hands on him, I'll make sure he never considers himself a god again."

[Batman]

"Lovely story." Batman stated coldly. "I've dealt with Adam before. Simple procedure." Batman looked at Alan. "Get me the anesthesia, I need him out."
Alan started towards the medicine holders and grabbed what he needed.
"Good, now go, I don't need anything else. Go help the others with Adam if you need to."
Batman began to just stare coldly at Bast. "Your going to sleep, see you in a few hours."

[Bast Cub]

Bast, never being around medical equipment of this century looked at him oddly and his cold eyes. He was already ticked enough today, most likely since being curious got him into more trouble than he could chew. "What in Rah's Name are you talking about? I'm not tired at all."

[Batman]

Batman looked at Bast with an odd stare. "I'm putting you to sleep. Be quiet, and this will be over quickly. And don't worry, this isn't going to hurt."
Batman stuck a needle in Bast's arm full of anesthesia, injecting it into him. "Now, just lie back, and relax. You'll feel a lot better when you wake up."

[Bast Cub]

Bast didn't know what Batman was going to do with the needle until he felt the sting of it in his skin. He felt suddenly weaker and seemed to be drifting. Batman's voice almost seemed to echo though he did as he was told. He was too tired to do anything else as he drifted into unconciousness.

[Batman]

After Bast finally had fell into a deep sleep, Batman made sure to sooth the burns on Bast's stomach. Batman had fallen for Adam's lightning once in the past, and thanks to Alfred, knew how to treat it. After only a few minutes, he had finished the treatment. The only reason Batman had actually put Bast to sleep, was because, being the loner that he was, didn't want any talking during the procedure, and left as soon as he was done.

[Bast Cub]

Bast slowly awoken a few hours later. His eyes only cracked open for a moment then let out a small groan as he rubbed his eyes with one of his paw like hands. Looking at his surroundings and picking up the scent of medical items he knew he was still in the medbay...though he was alone. He slowly slid himself down from the table he was laying on and felt the floor. It was made of a metal that felt cold to his feet. He honestly had more to learn of the modern world that he knew already.

[Superboy]

Conner had been wandering around the Watchtower for some time now. "Dang it. I just can't seem to find the stupid Med Bay. Why did they make this place so big?"
Finally, he used his x-ray vision to look around, and he saw a person. A cat like person. "Who the heck is that?" Conner asked as he started to fly over to him. After a minute, he made it to where the cat person was. "Hey, who are you?"

[Bast Cub]

Bast was quite startled to see some stranger. He jumped back at this and his tail stopped swishing around. Though after a moment he immediately stopped this nonsense of being alert. He was a guest...to wherever the Lantern brought him, they were kind enough to help him...even though he didn't care for the dark knight that much. "Oh, sorry," He apologized as he stood up straight, "I'm Bast." He replied.

[Superboy]

"Well Bast, its nice to meet you. I'm Superboy, but you can just call me Conner." The boy of steel started. "Um.....you wouldn't happen to know if this is the Med Bay, would you? I'm kinda lost, haha."

[Bast Cub]

"I suppose so." Bast said as he pointed to all the medical items. "If Med Bay you mean medical, I believe this is it...and its nice to meet you too Connor."
