Zan is lazy

[Zan]

Trying to find some peace by himself, Zan found his way to the Hydroponics room. It was peaceful at this moment. Nothing much but for plants. He looked around lazily and then leaned against the side metal wall. He gave a yawn as he scratched his head a bit. Yep. This was nice.

[Vixen]

Mari was always somewhat amazed with the Watchtower. On days when she was free from modeling or fighting crime. She would often come up just to admire the view out the windows. Or just walk about the place not that she would actually say that. To any of the founding members of the Justice League. She in no way wanted them to see her as just some fan girl.

At this moment things were extremely quiet. So she had excused herself and left Jonn on watch in the Monitor Womb. The Tantu Totem a fox headed Talisman that hung around Mari's neck. Was where the young black woman got her powers. It suddenly sent a tingle into the woman's brain as she entered Hydroponics. Something or someone was in here so she slipped into the room ready for anything.

Except finding the Elflike boy asleep on the far wall. "Hey! Don't you have a room you could be sleeping in? Or are you hiding in here?"

[Zan]

Zan looked up at Vixen and just shrugged. "I dunno...though my room is usually where Jayna goes first to yell at me...and I don't want to find her today." He stretched his arms a bit and then looked at Vixen again. "I kinda...borrowed her notebook and I got it all wet...turns out she had some guys number in there so she's not too happy." He then began to consider that she perhaps was on the prowl to hunt him down now as a raptor or grizzly.

The room was a bit silent after that and a bit too uncomfortable. He then thought of another subject to speak about...somewhat the same thing. "Did you know that when me and my sister came here, they gave us a room together? They gave us bunk-beds."

[Vixen]

Hearing that he had got his sister's notebook wet. She figured his powers must be water based. Wondered why he would be using them with the notebook so close. "Well it would be much better to get it over with. Then running and hiding things never get solved by running away." She wondered what kind of hero could he be if he was scared of his on sister.

"As for the bunkbeds if you feel you've out grown them. I'm sure they will let you remodel the room. Oh I'm called Vixen by the way."

[Zan]

Zan looked at Vixen with a slightly lazy look. "Vixen huh? Well I'm Zan...I also go by the team name Wonder Twin with my sister Jayna." He then took a better look at Vixen...she seemed to be someone he never truly met before so perhaps he hadn't heard of him either. "You don't really know much about my or my sister do you?" He screatched his head a bit and moved it side to side to get rid of a kink. "Our powers are pretty interesting. Interesting enough to know when to keep my distance from my sister. And don't worry, the bunk bed thing was fixed...just thought it was funny."

[Vixen]

"No can't say I know her or of your powers. Mine are animal based, I have only to ask for it and I gain the abilities, of any animal." She said nothing of the Tantu Totem. Thinking that it alone gave her these powers, but the truth was the powers were her birthright. The talisman, was only a way of focasing the energies, that came from the Earth. If she lost the Tantu Totem it might be extremely dangerous, but she could still call for the abilities.

She would be unable to control how much power the Earth gave her. "So are you coming out of there or do you want to finish your nap?"

[Zan]

"Animal based huh..." Zan said as he stood up away from his wall. "You and my sister would have allot to talk about then." He then walked over lazily, "Yeah...I think I'll just head on out now."

[Vixen]

Mari looked back at Zan a moment, but said nothing. She thought she did remember hearing something about twins now. Zan and Jayna might of been there names, but she never took the time to listen to gossip, or rumors. "Does your sister actually changes form? Cause I only get an animal's abilities. I might gain claws, but I don't change form completely." She moved out into the hall wondering where she would go from here.

She was in need of some action, but not any Earth changing problem, she was no Supergirl.

[Zan]

Zan gave a lazy nod. "Yep. Not only can she transform into any animal she wants, she also can transform into mythological animals too. Though you shouldn't think that she's any better than anyone around here. You may not be able to transform into an animal, but keeping the physique of a human at the same time can help in situations as well." He began to outstretch his arm and it began to form into a see through substance. It swiveled around still in shape...but it was water. "My power isn't like hers, but we all have our own specialties." He slowly began to freeze it over then formed it back to a hand, "I prefer mine better. I mean, what kinda girl wants to gain the strength of an elephant and gain all that weight?"

WHACK!

Zan quickly clutched his head. "Ow! That was the third time today! What the hell is your problem Jayna?!" He snapped as he looked at his not so happy sister.

"Putting on weight? You moron. Elephants weigh that much for a reason, and I only gain that much when I am one." She then waved into the air her drenched notebook at him, the weapon she smacked him with, "You owe me a new notebook." She then dropped it on his head and suddenly noticed Vixen. "OH WOW! Uhhh..." She began to feel very embarrased, "Uhhh hi there...Miss Vixen I presume?"

[Vixen]

Woah the girl was quick. The Tantu Totem had only just registered that there was another person in the hall. Just as Zan was hit upside the head. Not that Mari would of warned Zan of course, but she would of liked some warning. For the look of shock on her face must have looked rather funny. She hated looking funny to people she had just met.

She cleared her throat and tried to drop the look of surprise, but without a mirror she wasn't sure what she looked like, to them now. She laughed some as Jayna finally noticed she was there. Looking at Jayna she figured the girl might do well as a teen model. "Yes I'm Vixen, but you don't really need to say "miss" to me. We work together or will in the near future." She started to walk away from the door into Hydroponics, but stopped.

She turned back looking at Jayna. "Have you ever done any modeling? I could introduce you to a few of the safe agencies In Motropolis and Gothem City."

[Zan]

Zan almost chocked at the modeling statement. Not that he thought she was ugly, h just never liked the idea of guys drooling over his sister. It pissed him off. Like most brothers, even if they love the ladies, they hate the men swooning over their sisters, and he wasn't one to actually keep a jerk around his sister. Though she would take it!

Jayna began to blush a bit at the thought of it. "M-modeling? Oh, I'm not that pretty at all. I couldn't. Models have to be much taller than I don't they?"

Zan was incredibly relieved by this. 'Thank gawd!' he thought in his head.

[Vixen]

Mari hadn't moved from her spot, but she smiled. "Well yeah many of the agencies like there models to be tall. I'm only 5' 7" myself your what about 5' 4" or 5' 5" not much shorter then me. Besides when they see your looks I'm sure they won't think anything about height." She had noticed Zan's shocked look and turned to him. "What don't think that your sister could do it?"

She pointed to Zan, but turned to look at Jayna. "Typical brother I guess doesn't think you can do it. Either modeling or acting either could work for you I think."

[Zan]

"I didn't say I didn't think she could do it!" Zan growled after the surprising remark from Vixen. He was caught pretty much off guard. Perhaps he grinned a bit too much when seeing his sis say no.

"Oh! So you don't think I can do it?" Jayna said in a angered tone to Zan, "This is typical of you! You always think I'm something weaker!"

"Geeze, quit your whining!" Zan moaned, "You always whine whine whine that I always do this. I can't help it if you need to be babied every time something does not go your way!"

Jayna gave him an angry look then tossed her view back to Vixen. "You know what? I think that modeling is up my alley."

A sudden twitch was felt in Zan.

[Vixen]

Mari would smile as Janya agreed to do some modeling work. She really did think the girl had it in her to be a great model. If Zan were to try and say Mari had her on reasons for getting Janya modeling work. Mari would truthfully agree that she would get a finders fee. If Jayna went big Mari's part would be a bit bigger, but would in no way break into what Jayna would make. "I of course won't take you to the photographers that always try to get topless or worse shots Well unless you want to do that?"

She would take a quick look at Zan expecting another shocked look, but Mari wasn't going to keep anything from Jayna. "They might pay more, but in the long run it ruins the model's career in my opinion. In the end your in full control and if Zan's worried he could be your bodyguard."
