Hall of Justice
Located at the Watchtowers' peak, is the conference hall. This room is where the League meets and plots strategy, assigns duties and engages in open discussion. At its center a round table, where are 12 seats, 7 or 8 of which are reserved for the core members with their respective insignia. The JLA symbol has been placed in the center of the table.

Hydroponics
Here a vast assortment of alien plants are kept as a more efficient means of photosynthesis. This is the Watchtowers source of oxygen.

Personal Quarters
This is where the Leaguers personal quarters are. Each is decorated in their own personal style.

Monitor Womb
This is the heart of the Watchtower. It takes up the entire center of the complex. It houses the Leagues' vast computer, communications, and sensor network. All crisis points are detected through here with multiple holographic displays.

Promenade
This area of the Watchtower is used for ceremonies, or a place to assemble all the members of the JLU in cases of extreme necessity.
