Philosophy of religion is awesome, even if all of the books on it are written by theologians so there's usually a very pro-God slant.

It helps that our lecturer is the most awesome guy ever. Like, in our last lecture, he started talking about Star Wars.

Huh, I've also just received a postcard through the door from the RS teacher to my parents, which is the equivalent of a few merits in Key Stage 4.

RS sucked imo, I already knew the basis of religions. They do not care about my non religious views so why should it work the other way?

Also I sent you Eid Muburak like 5 times in case you didn't get it tongue.gif

£22 for the science job (thats a months work o.0 thats not good at all XD)
£39 for ICM, which is one less shift than I'll normally do a week so next time it should be nice and high, hopefully due t the next one being 2 weeks worth it'll be borderline £100 biggrin.gif

Jack is officially not allowed to complain about work anymore. You have a job. In fact, you have two. Give me one.

If you knew the crap that work put me through you' se why I complain! tongue.gif

Today, urgh ouch.gif

When we probe for information we aren't allowed to say "Any other reasons?" because they then become yes no answers we have to say "What other reasons?" or "which other reasons?"
I slipped up once, first time I've done it and it happened to be the time that a supervisor was listening.
Then I got tons of really pissy people today which didn't help my mood.
Also we have to take some answers down word for word on notepads then type em back up again after, they are called verbatimes. The cimputer systems are so shitty its unbelieveable and its easy to put things in the wrong places. new rule today if you put a verbatim in the wrong box you lose ALL your surveys. I cold have had the bonus today, met the quota but nooo the first day they introduce the rule is the first time it feckign happens ouch.gif

To top everything off I'm getting taxed. Which I shouldn't be and it sucks.

EDIT: OH AND I HAVE TO EAT MY DINNER COLD

Chilli goes hard sad.gif
and I got stuck with the man and wife who can't speak English but I'm not allowed to hang up on ouch.gif

Don't you put your dinner in the microwave? And of course you pay tax - you're working!

You're still not allowed to complain - that's what happens when you work with customers, and you have to follow protocol by the letter otherwise you get penalised. Like my mum the other night. She works until 10pm in a call centre, a job came in at about 8:30pm and the workmen finish at 9pm. The job that came in was a good 90 minutes away from the nearest available workman, so instead of sending it to him, she saved a bit of trouble. Not sure what actually happened, but she got told off for not putting it to him and getting an answer back that would have been a no because it's too far away.

We don't have autumn in this country anymore. We just go straight from summer to winter.

And it's now officially December. Time to break out the little gossip stones with Santa hats and the bloodcicles! Which I don't have anymore, so I hope they're online somewhere.

bah, if you cba to put it up feel free too, just make sure you have back ups tongue.gif

If not, in my opinion its way too early for christmas stuff, I'll put up the decorations on maybe the 15th-20th
No time atm though, had several teachers today confront me, apparently I'm looking too tired and buckling under the workload. My response is what did they expect? Everyone nags at me to get a very time consuming work, at the same time as piling on the workload and expecting me to do all the AS stuff as well as a shed load of housework. Bah I say!

I keep reminding myself its only a year till I can go to uni, just need to keep whittling on.

Yeah I hated nearly everyone in my IT group, but because i had already completed about 3/4 of the first year, I made up my mind that it was too late to quit, so I persevered through the second year and finished the course. The work was fine although boring sometimes. What really got me down for that course were the people I had to work with.

QUOTE (Col)
Don't you put your dinner in the microwave?

I'm sure I remember you telling me why you didn't microwave your dinner on a separate occasion, but I've completely forgotten the reason you didn't nuke it, so yeah, Col speaks truth!

Protip: If it's hard, put a little water in it before you bung it in the microwave. It'll come out nice and juicy.

Will be more than 10%, that rate was abolished last year. Remember the whole "10p tax rate" thing, that was what that was all about...
