As with the Spirit Tracks one, why aren't there speculation topics yet...
Anyways the Other M, Nintendos biggest surprise for E3. The trailer seems to show it going back to its routes as a 2D explorer but the clips were so limited that its hard to tell. It looks to be a lot more action orientated now. The atmosphere of the prime series seems to be gone, with an emphasis on the people surrounding samus rather than her being alone. Whilst the same style areas have been kept, just like the 2D originals, both Samus and the enemies add a splash of colour to it all. The gameplay seems to vary into first person now and then, showing that its not fully lost what was learnt from prime. The bosses are big as always, which is of course a good thing The most interesting thing about this so far imo is that they've changed to Team Ninja. I'm not a fan of the Ninja Gaiden series so it'll be interesting to see how this turns out. The game is a lot more story orientated, being set around fusion. From the name and the trailer I'm begining t suspect clones of Samus. There was another woman who looked just like her, and then the creepy music came on ideas? |

I don't remember seeing any bits in first-person perspective. And it didn't look particularly 2D either... I'm not really sure what it looks like, or what to expect. Looking forward to finding out who Mysterious Black Dude is though.

I thought it was Sylux at first, but then I heard it was Samus's mentor, I never played the 2D ones though so I don't know much. Adam I think his name was...

Hmm, but Adam died. He's the guy that says "Any objections lady?" in the flashback. I didn't really care for the storyline in Fusion.

Is it sad that I've only ever played Metriod Prime 3?
Hmm the trailer looks good. I'm gonna keep my eye on this one. |

No, but if you somewhat enjoyed it do yourself a favour and pick up Prime 1. |

^ That's the first I've heard of this Metroid Prime Trilogy. And my initial response is annoyance. I hate it when you buy stuff for it only to be re-released later on with added content. Saying that, I loved Resi 4 Wii, but I don't think I'd be tempted to buy the Prime trilogy again.
