Oh wait I forgot about Eragon but I am really afraid since I think the movie may ruin the book. But I still want to see it! tongue.gif

Aaaaghhh. So many movies I want to see. Stranger than Fiction, The Prestige...and Eragon, of course, for the simple reason that it'll be better than the book.

But, you say, movies are almost NEVER better than their books!

But ah-ha, I say, you've failed to think about this properly. A movie, being primarily a visual medium, will mean that two very important things will be left out.

1. Eragon's thoughts
and
2. The "translucent cabuchons of water"--er, sorry, I mean--the thesaurus-raping descriptions.

Instead we'll get mediocre acting and pretty landscape shots.

Needless to say, I'm looking forward to it.

:D
