ok actually its just a test how to hanlde uploaded pictures. Its an old version of the SM Landspeeder that i painded a while ago. in fact its kind of interesting how dusty it looks. when i hold it in my hands i see nothing of the dust.
The picture(s) are kinda big and thats why i never bothered making some of my miniatures because i need to resize them before i upload them. It should be resized by imageshack.

The landspeeder is painted in the Bloodangels style - i actually play Dark Angels and currently building a Deamonhunters Army , but i wanted to try another colour theme to test how it worked out. I am quite satisfied, but i never finished the model completely (thats how it would be played on the table, but i wanted to add some weathing effects, more than some highlights and the chiped of paint on the edges and wingtips.
Guess i will start to dust of the models in the display case right now...

feel free to comment the painting or the sizes and style of the photos - at least its just a test.
Edit when you look at the pictures some of the stripes seem a but thick, but you might need to keep in mind that the pictures are much bigger than the original model (its about 2.75-3inc long).

i'm not that sure, since i just like those older models. I just buy some on ebay from time to time (even when they where avalible on the Mailorder, although since they dont sell them anymore the price has risen). Afaik the old Landspeeder (mk2?) was build until the release of the 3rd rulebook, that was 1998. The first version was for the imperial guard and the spacemarines (im not sure about that) - armed with a a meltagun and a plasmagun (for the first rulebook). so its something between 1993-98 (the Ravenwing variation was 97-98). Maybe they were produced any longer after this but i dont thinkt so.

so its 10-15 years, but i own it for about one year and it is painted for about 6-8 month
