I have scratched up the armor alot more, added, more scars, among a few other things to make a more chaos-y look. Sorry, I did not at blood coming out of their mouth (traitors are hardcore, but not that hardcore) or bleeding bullet holes (it just doesn't make sense to have that in my opinion)

As I said before, keep me updated.

Also, as I said before, if you want me to do all the basic guard units in such a manor, than I need someone with and SGA reader (that works, mine doesn't) to send me the .WTP files for:
the infantry sergeant,
the kasirkin sergean,
and the Heavy weapon teams.

Thanks

May I recommend;

Pale skin - For all shorts of reasons, lack of food, water and just a general evil looking
No tattos on the faces - It just doesn't look good
Maybe move the Chaos symbols onto the armour, hand painted with blood or paint. But dont make them have team badges, to show that they are hordes.
Mixed weapons - Idea being that they stolen them out of armouries.
Blood shoot eyes - Gives them a un naturual feeling to them.

I had a idea where the Traitors could of come from all differnt regiments, having differnt regimental colours before they turned traitor.

Traitors general dont change their looks, this can be for a tactical reason. When they do get all 'Chaotic' its normally to scare oppents. When whole regiments turn traitor, Guardsmen are told to paint Chaos symbols and all shorts without actually knowing what they are.

Keeping them like Cadians is the best option. Traitors wouldn't spend that much time changing there armour just to show who they worship.

some spikes and dismembered limbs etc here and ther wouldnt hurt, you should also add cultists and heretics to the traitor guard, that'd be cool, but not heretics a buildiers, but as weak, cheap and incredibaly fast building horde troops with a cap value of 1 and a squad size of 50

keep in mind, that I can't model. So that means I cant do things like add custom spikes and dismembered limbs and alternating weapons.

Also, vasili, I already have made the skin much more pale and less colored than the original guardsman, with darker shadows under their eyes, their faces have been made more wrinkled and scarred. (The eyes are bloodshot, its hard to see that in the pictures though. And I think I'll keep the tattoos because I think they look good (its just a matter of opinion

As for the chaos symbols, there is already the ones on the shoulder pad, the one on the gun (can't see it, but its there) and the one on the helmet. I keep these Icons simple because I didn't want to over do it (as you said, they wouldn't spent that much time decorating their armor) And the bloody chaos badge on the left soldier is just a normal badge, so it can be taken off or switched.

As I understood, the traitor IG would just be another unit(s) that adds on to the chaos. (or at lease thats what I hope  )

You mean they would get owned?

Traitor guardsmen is good. We need just some chaos guard to add, and maybe another turncoat unit. But that's really all for chaos.

meh spikes and etc are optional, but if you added the units I suggested to the guard and got rid of most of their tanks, perhaps added daemons, you could have a cool race which could be the main antagonist of the vostroyan campaign, plus it would be very simple.

p.s. holy crap eldar!?! :EWG :EW :EG :EFseer ??!!! :EFseer !?! :EF !?!?!!!? < :SM

yeah, but thats not how traitors work. I play a lost and the damned army in TT 40k.
How they work is they is that they can take:
Basic traitor squads (essentially guardsmen with less moral, who can have squad sizes of 20)
Sentinels
Hellhounds
Leman Russes
Basilisks
Mutants (which are normal humans mutated until they are a decent close combat unit)
Big Mutants (which have the same stats as ogryns but less moral)
Defilers
daemon packs

in addition to that, they can take 0-1 HQ, 0-2 Troops, 0-1 Fast attack, 0-1 elites from the Chaos Space marines codex.

I will be re-skinning: The Leman Russ, The Sentinels, (and the sergeant and the Heavy weapon teams if I can get the files)

But as I said before, I understood the traitors will be employed as addition to the chaos race. I hope that if that happens than they will put a limit on the chaos marines stuff or both players and AI would not use the traitor stuff. (besides, it would be a nice balance) But keep in mind, I don't have much power as to how they employ the traitor units.
