these models were painted last summer, so they arent as good as my current models. plus, most of them were kinda dusty at the time. i did my best to clean it off but...

and what do you all think about the storm bolter bionic 'arm' on the inquisitor (which is the FW Inquisitor Lok)

the style looks ok, but i would add some more details to it... some highlights on the edge and perhaps a second colour make it look a bit more differentiated.
but there is one thing that bothers me... where does it get ammunition from?

Lemme pop my head in to answer this...

It would not be above an Inquisitor to have augmentics inside him to store weaponry. Given the bolter is on a mechandriate, it is entirely possoble he has an ammo bin where one of his lungs/appendix/anywhere they can find room. Not really orthodox in fluff, but there is nothing to prevent it.

the where the ammuniton is stored is not what i meant... but all stormbolters are fed by a mag or a belt and alway from the bottom of the bolter or perhaps the side - not from behind ;). And no it will not fit through the "arm" the whole Boltershell is nearly as big. But that not really important - its still the look that counts, if we start to think about what works (or might work) we would never stop ...

perhaps colour the bolter casing and/or the "arm" of the bolter in another colour. As for a SM i would have thought of a neutral colour like red or black but since this is an inquisitor brazen might be better acentuated with some shining gold.

- edit i guess the bolter is fed through the left ear - with that thing so close to the head he is deaf anyway :P

- edit the base for you inquisitor is Solomon Lok?
