Information
Rasuto is a modern, American city where people live their every day lives. However, among these people are magic folk - unknown to the humans around them. They have families, go to work, send their children to school, same as anyone else. Most are legal citizens with a driving license, ID, bank account, etc. It is forbidden to let humans know that magic creatures exist.
Although humans are the dominant race, they are unaware of the going-ons below ground. Only recently had magic creatures joined the ignorant humans in civilization, but some want nothing to do with the human society. They stay underground, plotting a way to over throw the human race.
So, whether you are human or some creature of magic, try your luck here. Interact with those who are like and unlike you. Make friends, enemies, relationships, drama. Any race is acceptable here, good or evil. Who knows where it can lead?

Internet
Put up a MySpace and IM account for your character. Let's face it, people don't just use phones any more to stay in touch. It's the twenty first century now, most everyone uses the internet.

Streets and Alleys
Weaving through th city are creshly paved streets. The steets are lined with sidewalks and, closer to the skirts, bike paths. Alleys maze through the city, most dark and empty. The further from the city thy are, th moe dangerous.

Below Ground
Beneath the city surface, beneath the sewers is a large, underground base. There are tunnels that weave through the town. In the center of this base is a huge mansion. This is where the Rebels, a group of magical creatures against human domination. The underground is their hide out and no human can find it and come out alive.

Rasuto Mall
The mall, pretty much in the center of the city, is extraordinarily large with a large variety of shops. In the center of the mall there is only the bottom floor, where a huge fountain resides with many little benches around it. Off to the east side there is a playground and to the northern side is the food court. There are three floors, each containing a large variety of stores.

"Hot Spots"
On either end of the town, right on the highway exits, are streets filled with gas stations, fast food places, and hotels. Only a few people stop of here, but this is where a lot of gangs (humans and non) lie around. Some runaways a hide out here, as well. It's the perfect place...a place to stay cheap, a place to work, and places to eat cheap

The Ruins
An old, crumbled abandoned church with a cementry surrounding it. An old mansion lies nearby as well, both the mansion and church built in the early 1800's. Rumors sprout that it is haunted, which it may be. Rumor is that the man who built the mansion was afraid of the devil and wanted to live near the sanctuary, but in the end could not escape.

Highway
There is one highway that passes through the city. Not many drive through her, since the town is pretty much out of the way. The highway is generally used to each he camping grounds. Same people can be found walking along the highway, heading to or from the woodlands.

The Woods
The woods that surround the city. There are some wildlife out here - deer, cougars, bears, squirrels, etc. Not to mention the occasionaly magical creature. The trees are lush and green and the area is thick with bushes, trees, vines, and other vegetation. There is the occasiona stream or brook, all leading to the lake.

Camping Grounds
A couple miles from the town is a large lake. On the west side are a few areas where people can set up camp. On the couth side are a few log cabins where people can spend the summer. The water is cool and fresh, alive with fish and other sea animals.

The Beach
Tking up the northern and eastern side to the lake are beaches. They are kept clean and there are a couple fishing docks here and there. There are smaller areas with floaties where children can swim without going to far. There are also a few volleybal nets and picnic tables. Every so-hundred feet in a stand where people can buy food and beverages. There are also a few shacks where people can rent (sometimes buy) surf boards, floating devices, and a few toys.
