Like the 2007 and 2008 banner contest this one will determine the new web banner for TDC. Due to altercations last years submitted winner was taken down. From now onwards no animated banners are to be submitted. Also this time from now on instead of having 1 banner for the entire year we will have 4 banners. One for each season. Now sense Its too late for A spring banner and a summer banner we will be taking submissions for a fall banner.
*Rules* All submissions have to be in by September 21st, 2009. The Banner must include the text "The Dog Clan" and it must have a slogan. No animated banners will be accepted. All banners must be the exact dimensions of 963px × 189px. The banner must all relate to the fall. Any member can enter the fall banner contest but each member can only submit once. The winner banner will be put up unannounced on the fall equinox (First day of fall) September 22nd 2009. The winners banner will also be archived for future reference. So 4 banners per year instead of one. Well the kinda does up the variety. I'll make one but its not gonna be any better then the summer one you asked me to make. ^W^
