The wind immediatly picked up, the leaves rustling in the trees and ripples appearing on the ponds. Zephyr's wanderings had led him to this park. He was growing tired of his wanderings, this feeling growing of late. Fortunatly, just a small while ago, he had gotten an invitation to live in a bording school type place. He was near, and a shadowmancer named Isaac was to come to find him soon. He raised his voice over his own wind, "This is boring..." He drew what looked like a saber made of pure wind from a sheath strapped to his back. He sat on the ground and started to concentrate, the wind steadily picking up. He slowly started to rise from the ground, and other wind sabers came out of sheaths strapped to his belt and back. The swrods, once all drawn, totaled 6, including the one he already had. They started to rotate around him looking almost like they were trying to target something. Zephyr suddenly sent a blast of air at a nearby tree, knocking off its remaining leaves, the swords immediatly shooting accross the park towards the tree, slicing all of them in half except one. That last one was sliced in half by Zephyr's own sword, having come through the wind to attack it. Zephry did this ssame rutein to 5 more trees, switching the sword he was holding every time, as they were all different kinds and styles. After he was finished, he sheathed them and stood back up, then piled them all into piles, the halves expertly seperating into piles of ones with stems or without, as Zephyr had cut them down the middle. When this was completed, he sat back down, breathing heavily. Zephyr made it a practice to do a considerable ammount of training, like that regiment right there. The shadowmancer better come soon before I chop down the trees next.
((Yes, ingore most of this. I was bored and had a lot of time on my hands. I decided to make a riddiculosly long, fluff filled post))

((Haha, it's okay, I read it all anyway))
Elaine walked into the park, on her daily walk. She say a boy near a pile of branches, and the trees seemed bare. The wind had picked up since she had left her apartment. She walked up to the boy and introduced herself, wanting to make a new friend. "Hello, I'm Elaine." She tried to sound as calm as she could, but she was nervous. Trying to calm her senses and relax a bit, Elaine could feel the weight lifting off her shoulders.

She laughed. "No, I don't believe so, unless they've followed me. How long have you been expecting them? You seem to have gotten bored.." She looked at the trees again. She suddenly felt cold, as if someone had taken her jacket, yet it was still there and the wind had slightly died down. She usually got this feeling when something was going to happen, something was going to begin. She noticed she probably looked like an idiot, just standing there and looking dazed and possibly stoned. She shook her head and smiled at Zephyr kindly.

Elaine was startled out of her trance-like state. "Huh? Oh, well, kinda, I guess. Not really, I just get weird feelings about things. I know something's going to happen, but not what. And, yeah." She noticed she was probably mumbling like an insane person, and tried to calm her nerves. She didn't talk to people much, and she felt like she really needed to get the hang of it. Just talking to someone made her nervous, like she was going to say the wrong thing. It drived her nuts sometimes.

She listened to the song for a moment, and her breath was taken away. Such simple things as this amazed her, and she suddenly felt unexerienced. "Academy? What are you talking about? I live in a small apaertment just a few blocks down." Elaine still wondered how she had gotten it, since she was so young. She had a feeling the owner of the building, who was about twenty-five, was interested in her. That was most likely the reason. She sighed, and sat on the grass. She got tired so easily, for some reason.

Elaine smiled. She sat on the bench and waited for him to join her. "Come on, tell me more. Am I supposed to be in this Academy? If it's supposed to stay secret, I won't tell anyone. I don't talk to people much anyway." Memories of when she was younger, when all the other girls at school played together while she was left alone, sitting in the grass and tracing weird patterns in it. She shook her head, trying to forget, and trying to keep the tears from coming.

Elaine noticed she upset him. Just when I was about to get a friend... "Sorry.." She said quietly. She wanted to punch herself. She was such an idiot. She noticed that when he got upset, the music stopped. She wondered if the wind that was randomly picking up was because of him. "Can you do things with the wind?" She didn't want to upset him, but she needed to know. Maybe he was gifted as well.

Abira looked around, turning in circles a couple of time and jerked her hat off. She shook her head, her shoulder length blonde hair flopping a bit. Her hands reached up and slighty massaged the wolf-like ears that perched atop her head. She then let out a sigh of relief. "Much, much better. That stupid hat - even though I love it - just makes it uncomfortable after a while." She then stood there for a moment, enjoying the fresh air. Then, just out of natural habit, she picked up the scent of two others. "Hrm," she said, more to herself than anybody and began to walk in one general direction, holdingo nto her hat with one hand which simply dropped to her side.

Elaine shivered as the winds blasted her way. "Yeah, me too," she said, staring at a branch that had fallen off a tree. She concentrated on it, picturing it rising from the ground. Slowly, it lifted. Elaine took it a bit higher, and then made it fly about ten feet and hit a tree. She hadn't made it to hard, but some of the bark on the tree had fallen off when it was hit. Smiling to herself, she wondered if she could do that with the apartment owner.
