Weatherly Manor Weatherly Manor is grand in its eclectic flamboyancy. It's built from carven oak and marble. Erected to the specifications of the Duke, it's mazed with secret passageways (some of which lead only to dead ends) and dotted with decorative stained-glass windows. Its extravagance is a testament to the hugely inflated duchy treasuries. Many courtiers not from Dynham come to stay in the manor, these days, to negotiate trade deals or beg loans. Streets of Upton Upton, the trade center of Adesia, boasts many rich merchants' homes... but the outlying Upton slums are some of the poorest in Adesia. On the brighter side, Upton is home to the newly-established Duke's Hospital, set up only a few months ago and already on its way to prestigious and unprecedented success. The Hospital caters to both rich and poor, and educates physicians, to boot. But the real heart of Upton is the marketplace and the Veiled Bridge, which houses rich jewelry and spice shops.
