· Was origionally named 'The Isei Taishita Saga' but changed to becuase of difficulties with pronounciation.

· Became a story as Lewis tried out his new 'How to Draw More Manga' book, producing a picture of what he later called Senhin. On one boring day, looking at the sketch, he decided to make a story.

· There was no intention of writing a second or third book until the first story reached chapter 11, which blossomed a whole book full of ideas, which again led to another book.

· It was origionally intended that the ending would be a much happier one, but after careful consideration Lewis decided that it would be a better and more likely ending of the series.
