I Solemnly Swear

[Jin Saito]

Lunch time, the time when most people were down in the great hall or goofing off somewhere on the grounds of Hogwarts castle; this was the perfect time for Jin, for it would be a good for him to be away form everyone, especially that guy from the other night. He couldn't remember his name, but he remembered the face and tried to stay clear from him as much as possible. For the most of his day he would be safe because he had only core classes with other first years, but it was lunch time that was the problem.

At lunch everyone was out and about and the chanced of running into that older boy were great. At first he tried to spend his lunch times in the Hufflepuff common room, but that made him late for his class. He was so upset he couldn't stop crying and it was hard for him to hide it. Then he decided to try out something new, going to the library at lunch. He thought it would be more convenient since it was just one level below his class after lunch.

When he first entered through the doors to the library, he was stricken with awe. It was large, and he had never seen so many books in his life! He walked around for a while before something even better struck his eyes: A whole section of books chained onto black shelves! It was the most enticing books that ever caught his eye. Naturally, the first thing his did was grab the nearest book of the shelf. The next thing he knew, it was screaming for dear life and he dropped the book and ran off, leaving it there to scream. He ran through the closest door.

It was dark all except for a small stream of light dancing down to the floor at a gentle angle coming through the window through the door. It was almost silent, it it not be for the screaming book dangling from its chain. He though the moment was beautifully.

Jin turned around and found himself on his tippy toes just to see out the window. He saw a few adults rushing towards the restricted section to find the book, and students closely fallowing hoping to see someone get expelled or laugh at the dumba*ss how did it. No one seemed to notice he was there, so he slowly turned the light on and found himself a comfortable place to sit. Here, he took out a notebook and began working on one of his stories. This one was about a sad, lonely man.

Shino, was found bored, again during lunch time. It was another day were all the boys and girls laughed, ran around, poked fun at each other and so on and so forth. He couldn't stand the sight of all the laughing when he couldn't even find his boyfriend. Shino remembered that night in the kitchen and thought about his cute little Hufflepuff's butt bleeding. Shino daydreamed of what happened for a long time before he was stricken over the head by some clumsy first years text book. "Hay watch were your dropping things, my head is right here" he said to the little first year girl who just sobbed and ran off.

Shino got some looks that felt like people were thinking "what a jerk" and "I can't believe that scum bag". Shino was used to it and yelled out "She will git it worse if it happened to a Slytherin". Shino stormed off and pouted next to the library were a lot of nerds hung out. "God it isn't like I dropped the book on myself" he said feeling the lump on his head. Suddenly he heard a loud screaming coming from the library and he knew the sound. It had to be one of the forbidden section books. Shino hurried inside to find a teacher yelling at all of the students to not laugh at it and how serious a offense it was. After all the teachers and students cleared the path to the forbidden section Shino stared at it, and remembered the second year who got expelled because of going in there.

Shino's attention soon came back to reality when he saw a spark of light flash on in one of the study rooms. "Ohhh, so they hid in there did they?" he said grinning wildly. Shino crept towards the study room and when no one was looking, slipped in and to the door with the light on. Shino pressed his ear to the door and heard little scribbles on what seemed to be a regular notebook. Shino flung the door upon and before he could yell out the words Ah HA!!, He was face to face with his little boyfriend Jin. "hey so that's were you were hiding" he whispered to Jin. Shino went towards the boy as to pick him up.

Jin continued to write in his note book when the librarian finally got the book back on it's shelf and it stopped screaming. He paused for a moment to enjoy the complete silence for a moment, and he smiled and went back to writing, listing to the tiny squeaking sound the graphite in his mechanical pencil made as it broke into small powdery chunks that clung to paper as if it was the last moment they will have with their lover for the rest of eternity.

The boy wished he could have someone to cling to like that, but for some reason none of the girls he ever saw interested him; he couldn't even get along with them. The first time Jin was ever put in a social situation with a girl, she ended up going home crying with her "cute" little pigtails tangled and some of the hairs pulled out but still in the hair bands. That was when his father decided homeschooling was the best.

Suddenly, Jin felt numb inside and a teenager burst through the door. Jin's heart dropped and he scooted as far back on the couch as he could, coming into contact with the arm. He his the notebook behind his back; the last thing he wanted was for anyone to see his sick writing. It was the boy from the kitchen who had barged in, his tall body towering over the boy who wasn't even 5 feet tall yet. The older boy came closer and Jin fell of the back of the couch and onto the floor.

"What do you want this time!" He yelled, tears streaking down his face. 'Why is this happening to me?'

Shino paused as the boy toppled over the back of his couch and onto the floor. "What do you mean what do I want this time, are you still upset with what happened in the kitchen" Shino said sighing like it annoyed him. "Oh come on, you didn't bleed that badly, I could have gone a lot harder you know" he said looking at the boy in aww.

"Man you sure are a handsome young man" he said looking Jin up and down. "You know I want to get to know you a lot better than what happened with the kitchen, maybe I could take you out for a coffee or something after class, I'm sure the teachers won't mind if I took you off on one of the brooms to a starbucks or something" he said looking at jin with Endearing eyes.

"And every time I find you, you don't need to act like it's the end of the world" he said coming closer to him. "May I please have permission to pick you up, I promise I wont molest you or anything alright" Shino said insuring he wouldn't do anything to harm him.

Jin felt his face flush white as the man mentioned the kitchen, then blush in a burning heat as the man mentioned going harder. "Shut up!! Don't you talk like that!!" Jin yelled, raising both of his hands that he was supporting himself with to make fists, but falling on his back instead. He picked up the notebook being crushed under his back and looked at the wrinkles hopelessly.

He sighed and looked at the man for a moment then went unwrinkling his poor notebook, blushing at the handsome comment, trying to ignore it. He got that same fluttery feeling he got whenever he went on the swing with his eyes closed. "Coffee?" Jin looked at the man then looked away quickly. "Kids aren't allowed to drink coffee, and I'm a kid." He said, reaching for the dictionary he kept in his Dark Side of the Moon messenger bag to look up the word "molest". Hi face grew dark red with the definition.

"That means you mole ested me! I'm still a virgin because that wasn't sex! It was mole est!" Jin said, dropping the dictionary as he stood up with glee. "HA!" He said, attempting to mock the man.

[Shino Hayashi]

Shino looked at the little boy and sighed. "Maybe you should look up the word sex too, because you did have sex that night" he said looking at the boys blushed face. "I want you to be happy, and you don't always have to go on the defensive with me" he said. "what I did that night was out of love, from my body to yours. You should understand that and appreciate what I did for you" He said starting to tear. "Love is meant to bring happiness, not pain, and I'm sorry if I made you bleed. I got a little carried away I apologize but you can't hide from me forever" He said looking into his eyes playfully. "I want to give you what I never had, a chance at love, and maybe just maybe, I could feel love for me too" He said.

"I don't want to be with someone who won't even try and be with me so if you really won't give me a chance just say it now and I will save myself from getting too attached to you" He said going up to the boy and stroking his hair across his head. Shino bent over to pick the boy once more, waiting to see his reaction.

"I know what sex is. My dad use to do it all the time...It's when a someone hits someone and take them into a bedroom all screaming." He said snobbishly. Then Jin got that fluttery feeling in his stomach again when the man kept talking and he began blushing again. He looked at the mans face to notice his eyes were beginning to tear. "Why are you crying? Big kids aren't suppose to cry." He shut up and listened to what the man had to say, his heart feeling more and more fluttery with each word, and when he felt the man brush his hair, he felt good but embarrassed.

"Maybe, you're right... I should look it up," he said, bending over to get his dictionary and not noticing the man moving to pick him up again. "Sex: the act of sexual procreation between a man and a woman; the man's penis is inserted into the woman's v***** and excited until *VULGAR*?" He muttered the words in shock then yelled, "What the hell's a v*****!!!!!"

Shino blushed as many of the other students started to stare and giggle. "Ahh, don't say that out loud" He said covering Jin's little mouth. Shino didn't know what to say to Jin. How could he not know what a Va..na was. Maybe Shino didn't have to tell Jin what it meant, and maybe he could pull off a white lie to make Jin forget about the V word. "Umm how do I put this..., Well a Vag..a is the female part of the body were they pee" he said hoping to god that he didn't ask more. Shino felt uncomfortable even saying that word because it was disgusting. "Umm females, are kinda disgusting, and you should never touch one of these vagi..'s or you'll get sick, or may even die. For some reason it is poisonous for guys to touch but not girls" Shino said.

Girls have always made guys around the world miserable and he didn't want Jin to ever experience that kind of pain. "So never go near one or you'll get infected with the Cooty virus" Shino said looking at the bunch of kids laughing outside the door because of the frequent word use of the V word. "Lets go now, I don't want to stick around here, oh and about the coffee thing, if your old enough to have sex with me, which is not with a female part and the government hates males so they put that hurt full definition in the dictionary, then your old enough to drink coffee". He said hinting to Jin "Lets go".

Jin felt a little better with the man's hand touching his mouth and answering his questions about the v-word, but even more questions arised and he could only hold it until the thing about the koodies. "But my dad said boy's were the bad ones with the koodies, and... Wait... GIRLS PEE DIFFERENTLY!!!?" He said breaking into tears. "What has the world gone to?"

The boy felt ashamed for himself when he noticed how embarrassing he must be to the man right then. "I'm sorry..." He said bowing low. "Let me get my stuff first..." Jin gathered up the dictionary and his notebook and carelessly shoved them into his bag, blushing dark with embarrassment.

As Jin gathered his things up, Shino brought out his broom and hopped on it. "You ready to go?" He asked getting ready to fly away.

[Jin Saito]

"Are you crazy? You're gonna get suspended!!!" Jin yelled. "Wait, don't leave me here alone!" He grabbed onto the broomstick and did his best to swing onto it.

[Shino Hayashi]

Shino grabbed a hold of Jin's hand and pulled him on. "Hold on tightly" he said wrapping Jin's arms around his own waist. The door Slammed open and students screamed as Shino and Jin flew off towards Hogsmead.
