Teen Hangout Terms of Service

1) .: Prohibited Content :.
You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content such as the following.
- Do NOT post graphics that you have not made yourself.
- Content that infringes upon any rights like Copyright
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene material.
- Viruses, Hacking, or any other harmful computer software.
- False Information; libel.
- Spam or pyramid schemes.
- Gambling.
- Illegal drugs.
- Terrorism.
- Warez, CD-Keys, Serial Numbers, etc.
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind.
- Excessive profanity
- Invasion of privacy or impersonation of any person or entity.

Any infringing of any of the above rules will result in a punishment, listed in section 3.

2) .: Personal Abuse :.

Any personal attacks whereby the attacker is rascist or does not approve of views of any other member, the attacker will be IP banned, immediately.

If anyone is found abusing a member or making someone feel worse about themselves, the attacker will be punished, severely.

3) .: Punishment :.

- Informal warning - An edit of a post/or a warn in a topic
- Formal Warning - A PM to you by an administrator
- First warning - Your warn level will go up by one
- Final Warning Your final final warning
- Ban - If you continue to infringe upon the TOS, you will be banned

4) .: Advertising :.
- The only place you may advertise is on your signature. Nowhere else.
- Anyone caught advertising on a topic will have their post edited, and a warning.
- PM Advertising is strictly prohibited. If anybody is caught violating this rule, they will be put into a special group where their PM rights will be removed. You will not recieve a warning.

5) .: Use of Resources :.
- Usage of Resources must have the permission of the maker.
- Ripping will not be tolerated. If something has been ripped onto another site, the following shall be enforced.


- Formal Warning - A PM to the site Admin to remove the ripped graphics
- First warning - You shall be warned for ripping
- Final Warning If the site has not taken action, we will post on their site
- Ban - If the site continues to ignore us, immediate action will be taken, and the site will be reported


6) .: Other Rules :.
- No double posting is allowed. This is just to reduce spam.
- Spaming is not allowed. Do not make useless posts or you will be warned.

TH reserve the right to change or edit the board TOS, or any Post on the TH forum any time they wish.
