go there make an account and you can upload a lot of sigs/pictures then copy the link and it will show a different pic every time you refresh/how ever you want to set it. its a great program and i'm using it right now (my trainer cards) helps you cut down on size in your sig while keeping all those awsome pictures.

note: size limit of 30kb not good with sigs
