She's just trying to find her place in the world, that is anything but perfect. Where there is almost anything but peace, even if everyday life seems to be normal, beyond that there is so much that is hiding away. Lily is just your typical teenage werewolf, where in her community you are easily disowned and never thought of again, if you decide to join up with the wrong side. Where Vampires and any other creature that is not one of their own is highly looked down upon, and yet here she is, trying to join this gang of sorts called the Fidei, who are considered to be the lowest of the low. While there is another gang, which is totally against them, a group where there is nothing but pure breeds, creatures who are against the idea of Vampires and Werewolves working together. Or Fidei who are trying to put things right, where they are dealing with so much more then would ever really be leaked out into the world. It's more then dangerous, and there are several things that are kept quiet about everyone, even Lily.
