<sup>I found a community on Livejournal that made me think about different cowriting projects. This community, Sophie's Story Starters, is all about offering up an idea or the start of a story you've had that you just can't finish and seeing if someone else out there can use it as the inspiration they need to write a story.

I think this could be a cool idea, and one of several ways of cowriting, as long as we're careful to give credit to all parties involved in the story's creation.

Other cowriting ideas.... For starters, roleplaying is a form of cowriting, and we already have that. Another method is roundrobin stories, such as the story telling contest on Neopets. A lot like roleplaying, but where all participants can control all characters.

Is anyone interested in adding some form of cowriting to Synergetic? If nothing else, some of the Challenges could involve cowriting.</sup>

I really like the idea of doing something like the Neopet's story telling contest. Once completed it could be posted somewhere, etc... Are you familiar with "fanzine"? When Synergetic becomes a bit larger it could have it's own monthly/bi-monthly fanzine, all you'd have to do is chose a theme. And this story-telling contest could fit right in there. If I'm not making any sense at all, let me know and I'll try and explain again.

That could actually work, Shadyy. Considering that I'm starting a magazine soon anyways and we were going to connect it to Synergetic anyways. We could have a page with completed things from Synergetic.
