Appearance Summary.
A once-gorgeous young Queen is now a handsome, aged Queen. Once pale blonde hair is now turning a silvery color, and once smooth and flawless skin is gaining more and more wrinkles as the years go by. Amazingly enough the years have been kind to her thin figure. Another attribute that has stayed the same is the stark-blue eyes that seem to hold much more wisdom than her regal smile lets on. Her attire is that of a Queen’s, of course, and she is always properly taken care of, her carefully rehearsed expressions flawless.

Camilla is an independent woman. She has ruled the Kingdom of Estellasia single-handedly for ten years.

Overall Personality.
Camilla is everything a Queen should be. She is kind and understanding, she is strong and independent, she is controlled in her anger and even her fear. Her major flaw is perhaps her own naïvety as she finds it hard to accept that any sort of war might actually threaten Estellasia.

Another major flaw is perhaps the fact that she has failed as a compassionate and loving mother since her husband has died. She has tried so hard to shelter Gwendolyn to the point of loathing from her daughter, and Camilla is well-aware. She is controlling and would love her daughter to marry a Prince who will take the kingdom upon herself so Gwendolyn may remain naïve.

History.
Camilla was born the second of two daughters to the Duke of Estellasia, and grew up very close to her older sister by one year, Medea. The two were virtually inseperable in all accounts until the age of 19 when the two sisters were sent off as Ladies in Waiting to the Queen. They were favored among the younger ladies and were often invited to dine with the royal family. Prince Phillip was, at that time, a very handsome young man of twenty who was next in line for the throne. He was well-loved among the people and celebrated as a swordsman of his own caliber. Camilla dreamed of him and fantasized of being able to court him, though when he came around, the sweet and beautiful Camilla acted coy, and soon Prince Phillip turned his desires upon Medea instead.

However, Camilla’s coquettish tendencies intrigued Phillip and soon the two were meeting in the dead of night, behind Medea’s back. While Medea was quite certain Phillip was going to propose to her, Camilla knew that she had Phillip’s heart. One fateful night, Medea caught the two lovers in the castle gardens, and that was the end of that courtship. Soon after, Phillip began to court Camilla and merely months later, the two were married and Camilla was crowned queen of Estellasia at 20 years old.

The two were the picture of love and so many throughout the kingdom wished that they could have the type of love that King Phillip and Queen Camilla had for each other. Their marriage was strained, though, as Camilla suffered numerous miscarriages over so many years. She fell into a depression and hid herself from the world, until one day she finally found that she was pregnant. Gwendolyn Audette was her first and only child.

Ten years later, King Phillip became ill, and soon passed away.

From then on, Camilla has single-handedly run the Kingdom.
