Venturing out, open

Aimee trotted gracefully around the deserted parts of Yavin, veering away from any contact with live forms. She was equiped with her usual things, and an added stun gun set to level 3 flapping warily by her lightsaber. She paused for a moment to glance back to the temple, she had left if far behind, but she could still feel the presence of the Jedi roaming tirelessly inside.

This was the time Aimee had chosen to release her current frustrations with the ongoing battle with the sith, and the war inside her mind. She used to believe that the Jedi and the Sith were practically the same in every aspect, but as she battle along side the Jedi, she found those belonging to the sith to be full of lust and anger.

Aimee sat in the leaves next to a giant tree with vines laid naturally around it. She closed her eyes and brought all her frustration to a focus point, most of which was denial and lies. A certain memory of her father loomed around her mind. She knew he was joking when he spoke of this lightly, but his words echoed softly in her mind. Depression isn't flattering, flattery isn't dignified, dignity is overated, rating is flawed, flaws are in the eyes of the beholder, and the beholder is blind.

After a short undefinable time that seemed like a decade to her, her aure of thoughts were inturupted by the presence of a life form approching. Aimee didn't plan on opening her eyes just yet, so far, or so she was predicting, whoever it may be still didn't know she was in the area, so she waited.

Duana laughed and shook her head of long hair, her many small plaits clinking together with the movement.

"I'm not lying Duana." Brax smiled at the woman walking by his side.

"Oh I know your not Brax, its just a little hard to believe."

"Well trust me De if you had of been there you wouldnt be laughing." Brax assured her and Duana smiled at the male Zabrak, the two were close friends and spent most evenings walking the plains and forests of Yavin together before turning in for the night.

"I thought Master Lan was going to make you do the training course over again after yesterday." Duana teased.

"You made me loose my concentration." Brax accused gently, he wasnt really upset with his friend, they only ever pretended to argue.

"Sure sure, remember what Master Skywalker says, do or do not there is no try."

Brax sighed and nodded, "I know I know, I'll do better tomorrow, if Master Lan will give me another chance."

"Oh she will, she's fair and paitent." Duana put her hand on his shoulder to reassure him and he smiled at her.

"Wait.... do you feel that?" Brax took her by the upper arm as she went to talk away and Duana's dark eyebrows drew together in suspiscion.

"What?"

"Someones out here." Brax said quietly looking around them.

"Theres always someone out here Brax." Duana pushed a few fallen plaits behind her ear.

"Shhhh." Brax put a finger to his lips and pointed beyond a stand of trees.

Duana nodded and smiled and the two young Padawans crept towards the hidden person using all their skills and training to stay hidden and quiet.

After climbing a large tree Duana looked around and spotted one of the young Padawans from the temple sitting nearby meditating.

"Its just Aimee." Duana said quietly to Brax who climbed up next to her.

"And here I was hoping it was some kind of beast we could fight." Brax sighed half heartedly.

"Have you ever seen Aimee in the morning? Thats one beast you dont want to fight." Duana grinned and leapt out of the tree.

"How would you know?" Brax jumped down next to her.

"Hello, girls dorm." Duana laughed.

"Oh, right, of course." Brax nodded and the two headed over to their fellow class mate.

"Hey Aimee, what are you doing out here all by yourself?" Duana asked as they neared the still seated girl.

"Brax and I usually take a walk about now, want to join us?" Duana asked as Brax looked around the small meadow.

*Tag Aimee*

"We missed you in Master Lan's class today." Duana tried to get the young woman talking, she didnt know much about Aimee but admired her skills.

*Tag Aimee*

"Aside from my terrible performance." Brax muttered and Duana shook her head at him, "It wasnt terrible."

*Tag Aimee*

"I'll just have to do it again tomorrow." Brax shrugged.

*Tag Aimee*

"Well, if you ever want company we can usually be found. Kal'Tano was asking about you today after lesson." Duana smiled.

*Tag Aimee*

"He doesnt miss much with those big black eyes of his, he just noticed you werent in class."

*Tag Aimee*

"Dinner will be serving soon, we should get back to the temple." Brax said looking to the deepening sky and the lowering sun.

"I wonder whats being served tonight." Duana pondered outloud as the two Padawans turned to head back to the temple.

(OOC: These characters are used as NPC's untill they are adopted by someone, technically anyone can use them in a post, just make sure you stay true to them, if you like however you can Tag them and I will respond for them I know you've been left hanging for a while but I want you to know you havent been ignored, I've been trying to come up with a way to reply to you for a while. Hence the NPC's.)

Aimee opened her eyes, partly spooked by the light that she had nearly forgotton, and partly because she was found. "I was just.... thinking."

"Sure, why not, I've got nothing better to do." Aimee said as she stood up, brushing the dirt of her robes.

"We had class today?" Aimee replied befumeled. "Oops, I guess I forgot that too, how'd it go?"

Aimee laughed slightly. "Oh really. Did you fail?" the words came out with alittle more sarcasim than inticipated.

"That's ok" She said reasurringly.

"Kal'Tano?" Aimee asked. "What did he want?"

"I see..."

"Wow, I've been out for a while." Aimee said following Brax's gaze.

"Just another surprise." joked Aimee.
