Appearance: A customized Arwing, instead of flexible boosters that fold vertically, he has four flexible boosters that are angled along it's wings in an X formation, they're usually folded as two wings normally but when he needs them for booster mode, they fold open and give his Arwing a large speed boost. The main body of his Arwing is blue but with two yellow tiger-like stripes along each wing.

Primary: An average laser system at the tip of his folded wings that can split in half as well and double the fire power
Secondary: A particle cannon that is only used in Emergency situations as it's collection of energy wipes out all of the energy to his ship.

How it was Obtained: Tony earned the ship from his father as he had been in one of the past Cornerian wars and was awarded to keep his Arwing after the war, Tony then updated the ship so that it lived up to his own standards

Personality: Tony is known for his antics once in a while, he usually is known only to piss off his superiors, although he does suffer the consequences of course, he just usually follow through with them. He doesn't mind to just go for a walk or just to go for a free flight, yet there are things that get on his nerves. The things that make him mad is either making fun of his ship, or insulting his metal arm.

Character History:
Tony was born on the planet Fortuna, he never met his mother or father, his mother had died after his birth and his father had left him long ago even before he was born. He was raised on Fortuna by his Uncle Stone and Aunt Marie, even though Fortuna seemed to be likely the last place to raise a child, let alone live on.
Their home was located in the higher treetops since the ground was one of the most dangerous places of the planet to ever be on, and since you had to be tough to survive in Fortuna, that's how Tony was raised, he was raised to be strong, tough, and to treat nature with the respect that nature gives you. Sure they did have their challenges of surviving since most things on Fortuna would consider them a meal, they always had an emergency light that could easily blind someone, would activate whenever any creature got too close to their home.
When Tony came of the age of ten, his uncle and aunt knew it was no longer safe to keep him on Fortuna, he couldn't be raised any longer on one of the most dangerous planets in the universe, he needed somewhere he could go to get an education, where he could actually meet friends and have his own life.

After Tony was shipped away from Fortuna, he was sent to Corneria, his Uncle Stone had told him stories of just how big their city towers were and that there weren't any monsters there. Once he arrived, he began to think that Stone had lied to him, the towers weren't bigger than the immense trees of Fortuna, and there were monsters there, they just came in forms of thieves and bullies.
Tony was known as a trouble-maker in school once he was accepted, using the money that his family back on Fortuna had gave to him, he got a dorm at the school since he couldn't live on his own anywhere else. Through his school years, he began to feel at fault for his mother's death and his father disappearing, so his rebellious attitude began to grow and grow through the years.
In his school days he joined the rougher crowds of kids who too were rebellious as well, yet his trouble was only starting. He had few true friends in his gang, he was basically known as the guy that would attack before thinking so fear kept them at bay.
During one day when he was in his final year of High School, he tried to stop a robbery inside of a Fueling Station when he had stopped to get gas with a group of friends, the thief was carrying a laser pistol and was putting it to the cashier's head, using her as a hostage, the only thing the thief forgot was that the walls were glass, including the wall behind the cash register.
Tony used a a tarp to wrap around his right fist so that when he smashed through the glass wall that he didn't get any shards in his hand. Just when the thief tossed the cashier aside and was preparing to shoot Tony in the chest, the thief pulled it too soon and instead vaporized Tony's right arm, but with Tony's momentum, he slammed the thief against the counter and knocked him unconscious. After that day, Tony was left in a state of shock and anger, he still graduated from High School but no one saw him for quite a few years after that.
Tony's life was never the same after his arm was vaporized, no one saw much of him until a couple of years later. Tony returned back to society, except with something a little different, his arm, his right arm, he had a new mechanical arm that replaced the old one from years ago and still Tony didn't seem to be any different than he had ever been. He joined the Alliance Military School just as one of his dreams had been, he signed up to take Mechanics and Martial Arts training, he was never good with high tech stuff besides machinery.
He was one of the top students in his Mechanics course, some of the students thought he was cheating since he could actually build faster with his metal arm but he was naturally good with machinery. When it came to one day where Tony's Superior Officer wanted to know what his arm was made out of, Tony didn't answer him, when his Superior Officer wanted to know what the three crystals on his shoulder did, he didn't answer him. His Superior Officer began to demand for Tony to answer his questions. Just as his Superior Officer barked and growled at him, Tony sent him sprawling ten feet away with an imprint of Tony's metal fist in his left cheek. Tony was sentenced to confinement for two months for it .

It looks pretty good to me. Only thing I can see maybe you might need is a little more in the history. It just sort of jumps to his teenage years. Maybe describe his time on Fortuna a little, describe how he lived with his aunt and uncle (considering the fact that Fortuna is a dangerous planet to live on), and then maybe describe some of his schooling, his friends, etc.

Other than that I don't see any problems. Just add to that and I think you'll be all set.
