Elaa This is what remains of the former capital of planet Eladard. The buildings are slowly being eaten away by the now horribly toxic atmosphere and frequent occurrences of terribly acidic rain. It is nearly completely deserted, except a select few that were unlucky enough to be left behind when the rest of the population evacuated a number of years ago. They are condemned to a life indoors where the air is better, but still a threat to their health. When it is necessary for them to go outside, they must wear a gas mask and protective clothes, or they would surely die.
